If the freezing still happens after trying them post a DxDiag and Overwatch Error Logs. • To be on the safe side make sure Windows is up to date. • Run the computer in a selective startup mode.• Paste the DXdiag and Overwatch Error Logs into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the "code" button (</>). That'll make the information much more readable.

Hey davatron5000,I see that the computer is running Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview. This is a testing version of Windows 10. We have seen issues with the Insider Preview builds like this before. So, you know we do not support the games running on test versions of any operating system. I do recommend rolling back to or reinstalling the last release version of Windows 10.

Temporarily disable any security program.
