From what I have observed match making actually actively tries to keep players around 50% win rate.Whenever I get on a win streak I am sure to hit that losing streak at some point as well because the match making throws players into situations in which it is almost impossible to win. The only way to rise is pretty much to compete with your team mates and be the best of your team. If you do well, you lose less SR than you gain which means that even with a 50% win rate you will slowly climb out of the low SR areas.

The mute button exists for a reason.

The "Report Hombold" is pretty common for me as well, whenever I encounter 4- and 5-stacks and I don't do whatever they say. I play together with them to the best of my abilities and even communicate with them properly if they even are in voice chat. Yet still they decide at the start of the match that I am the problem and therefore all of them will report me. I pick Reaper because I enjoy playing him and often enough I actually do pretty well. If I don't there is always Soldier I can switch to when they counter me.If you say that Junkrat and Tracer do a better job at what he is supposed to do, fine. Still I don't like the twitchy game play of those two characters.

I saw that info about the left click pop up here a few times and I admit that I didn't know about it. It's actually helpful.However even with this nice feature it's not enough for me to reconsider.
