People dislike Mercy because she has little utility compared to the other healers as she can only do one task at a time and she's mediocre at all of them. Like all heroes in OW she is still playable, so as long as your doing your job no one has the right to complain.

There is only one reason and it is stubbornness.

The squeaky wheel gets the grease as they say.

In a 1v1 my money is on Orisa. They do the same dps from what I've heard so without a large crit box to balance it out it should go in Orisa favor. Her clip size is to large to outlast with Dm so Orisa should just need to hold left click and win.
