Well, Tracer is the squishiest hero in the game and Moira's damage is really reliable. She can't rely on Moira missing like she can with pretty much any other hero. You'll exhaust your blinks and recalls really quickly, and Moira can chase you down surprisingly well.Still, this is Tracer we're talking about. It's probably a 50/50 matchup, and better odds than Genji.

I'm SLThanatos, formerly known as Specialneeds. I play mostly support or tank; Moira is my go-to support, and I can also play Zenyatta or Mercy. If we need a tank, I usually use Roadhog or Winston.I really can't aim anymore. When I was a teenager, I played Modern Warfare 2 and kicked an unbelievable amount of !@#. As I've gotten older, however, I found that I simply cannot play high-skill characters any more. I can't play Widow or McCree to save my life, and when I play Zenyatta, I spend most of my time spamming in the other team's general direction.

I don't think that changing Deflect's hitbox is enough.The problem with Deflect is twofold: one, it actively punishes a player for shooting at and hitting a target. Compare Zarya's barriers; while shooting her barriers makes Zarya stronger, she's not invincible while she's using it. Enough massed firepower can still burn through her shields and kill her. What's more, she still needs to aim her weapons and put damage on the target. Please do not compare HotS with Overwatch.They are two entirely different games, and in Overwatch, Ana is fundamentally flawed at the very basic level. Remember that Moira has to deal damage in order to heal. She MUST mix it up on the front line with everyone else, or she can't heal her allies. That is when she is vulnerable.She's like old Roadhog. She's an excellent duelist, but tends to fall apart when she's being shot at by more than one person.
