It is PSN. I have comcast high speed cable (240mbps speed tests) but only get about 10-30 of that on my brand new PS4 Pro and old PS4. The game modes tend to get very repetitive and boring. I play for a few days, then get sick of the game for a while. The game doesn't really evolve or change in a significant way. The Uprising added a fantastic new game mode which really brought much needed variety. If they permanently added a game mode like that with extra maps and difficulties, it would be great and I would be on a lot again. But, most of the game feels stale. I was in a group in competitive, but one where it kicked one of the players on my team as I entered. So, I left before the match started and now I have been suspended for 10 minutes. I couldn't leave as a group, I tried about 6 times, but it wouldn't let me leave. So, I had to leave individually and now this ridiculous 10 minute timer is keeping me from getting back in.This is really silly. I did not leave a match in progress, one of the players in my group was not in the character select screen. I got suspended for 10 minutes for leaving over an issue not in my control.

I think her DPS is fine, it is her weapon accuracy that is awful. Watching the rounds come out in a shotgun-style pattern is disappointing considering the future tech I am sure is around to reduce recoil on weapons. Hacking blows (on console at least) because aiming to hack does not work if there is another player closer and off to the side. Hacking needs to be more precise.

Right now I just really get irritated with her hacking on console. She more often will pick the nearest character and not the one I am aiming for in front. But, this is an issue with multiple characters and their abilities.
