I checked on my PC and I get a steady 11ping, doesn't move at all. So the weird ping only happens on my PS4.

On PS4, after installing the new patch, my ping goes from 50-150ping constantly, makes games unplayable. I checked everything and it only does this when I start the game on my PS4, there is nothing else using my internet.Before the patch, my ping averaged 20ping.

I'd say watch high-rank Reinhardt (or any other hero) mains on youtube or twitch. See what they do and just start incorporating that into your gameplay/style.To rank up, there are 2 main things: game sense and mechanical skill. Always try to be aware of where the enemy is and where you think they're going next.

You can easily get out of silver with symmetra in one sitting. But if you wanna use tanks or regular supports, I'd say stick with Zarya and practice your tracking. Always use the bubbles and never use your ult on impulse unless you know for sure your team can back you up. Because aggressive with Zarya and always go for Dva if you can (free ult charge).

You can get out of Bronze and Silver in about 2 days with Sym only. Just watch a couple of Stevooo's vids on youtube, and you'll be good. I literally got out of silver in about 4-5 hours in one of my other accounts.

If you have gold damage as a tank, it means you are the most aggressive in your team. Plus you're not dying as much. DPS might be hanging back or dying too much, or just doing really bad, in which case you should switch roles with them. You play DPS and they play tank, unless you can carry your team to victory as a tank.
