as a 500 hr hanzo, the volley is a direct buff to his dmg against small targets like genji and tracer. even against tanks' barriers as well. and dva can no longer guess your scatter and eat it with matrix. because you have 6 seconds to fire those 6 shots.only thing is hog might be a bit tough because of lack of burst. actually with volley, hanzo might be better than soldier and mccree at doing damage in midrange during that 6 sec window.
