Lost Connection With Game Server

I've been experiencing a loss of connection with the game server constantly for the last day or so. Interestingly, when this happens, I noticed that my battlenet also disconnects and I'm unable to relogin for about 3-5mins.

As requested, here is my trace route. But frankly as a Singaporean (Singapore is located in SEA btw) whose game servers are classified under the Americas, my ping varies depending on who I get matched up against. If I get placed in an American server, my ping is around 220 but if its in a local server, its 3ms.

I have the same problem here except i'm playing on Xbox one. I live in Malaysia but we use the Singaporean servers. I can rarely play a full match and now i have a penalty placed upon me. I can play other games just fine but not this one.
Also having this problem. And i'm getting a leaver penalty then also...
