1 minute on McCree.

I'll take your word for it though, seems like a legit opinion.

For real though. Maybe McCree players should know when to flashbang someone instead of just tossing it at them whenever?

Or be more accurate? It's not like you can change direction while stunned.

I don't think that you understand sarcasm.
Salty mccree main back at it again with the complaints.
With all the bunny hoppers out there FB is pretty much rendered useless. I only see it helping against hog / reaper ulties, assuming you are close enough and survive the encounter. :/
still not fixed.
what a !@#$ty company.

In light of Roadhog joining the club, I think this thread has become very relevant to the new patch.

So Hog has the same problem with momentum now? what a surprise. I don't think a fix is coming, looking at this topic.

Yup. While some people find CC annoying, I still think it's best to have functioning CC rather than RNG roll a D20 to find out whether Genji kills your team or not.

- Added some more line of sight checks towards the left/right of a potential hook target. This means it should be easier to hook someone who is sticking halfway out of a doorway, or behind a thin pole, etc. These checks are also used for the persistent line of sight check, so if a hook target moves behind a slim object like a stump or a lightpole, they won't be released anymore.
- Hooked targets are now slowed heavily while they are stunned, even if they are in the air. This means if someone is strafe jumping away from you and you land a hook, they are a lot less likely to slide out of line on sight, breaking the hook.

So they fixed the hook. If they will leave McCree as is to rot, it will be very disappointing.

I miss like 10% of my flashbang. The best hog players miss nearly 50% of their hooks.

If flashbang only worked on a single target and takes actual skill to use, we can then talk about making it "work like the hook."

The whole thing about the hook nerf is unnecessary to begin with. People just whine about it because of what follows the hook, not the hook being "bs" because 95% of the time it's legit.
McCree needs some love but this isn't it. Reducing the skill cap of one of the few remaining (it feels) high skill heroes isn't something I think should be implemented.

His long range drop off should be reverted. Landing a shot at greater distance is harder; why is there such a severe punishment for it?

Comparing the way people use flashbang to hook is silly. People spam Roadhog's hook as soon as it's off cooldown hoping to pull something back because 1. It has such a short cooldown and 2. You can get a pick on most heroes if you land the hook.

No one spams McCree's flash bang, so you'd expect his accuracy on it to be way higher than Roadhog's hook.

Sad but true in some kind ... This Channel has also a Vid about the flashbang....

What? People don't throw out wishful hooks, not even at low levels. It's always unleashed with the expectation of reeling something back.

Flashbang is used less not because of CD but because McCree is a midrange fighter and flashbang is a CQC skill.

You missed 100% of this topic. Nobody is talking about missing here, except you maybe.
And then there's this stupid zarya head animation when stunned. Talk about countering flashbang lul
I'm glad this post got brought back up, I had completely forgotten about it.

IMO flashbang should stop momentum or the stun duration should start when the enemy hits the floor although the second alternative could easily be abused.

Just my thoughts, take them as you will.
