Troubleshooting Voice Chat Issues

My mic works fine. I just can't hear anyone else in the voice chat.
5. Verify that the ports needed for Overwatch and for voice are open:
Ports 1119, 3724, 6113, 80 - TCP - for Overwatch
Ports 6250, 5062 and 5060 - UDP - for voice control signals
Ports 12000-64000 - UDP - for voice media
Ports 3478 and 3479 - UDP - to aid in setting up voice

How to do that?
So we still have no solution for the error 11057? I just moved houses and before that my in game chat was working for all 5 seasons. So im pretty sure this new internet connection is whats causing problems but im not sure what to do about it
Seriously Blizzard, so many people have this issue, and it still is there even after we go through all the steps you have to offer, and then some. If the only way I can play this game with a Mic is VPN, then what's the point? I don't feel like paying for some VPN just to use a mic, and I don't feel like playing Overwatch if I can't even enter a voice channel. It's been a year, this issue still exists, and no matter how fun your game is, this dumb bug has it so that I can't play competitive unless I play with 5 friends and we're all in a discord server. Every other game in existence has my Mic work, so I don't see how it's absolutely impossible to get it working on Overwatch? I have a brand new laptop, my mic worked for 2 weeks, and then just stopped. Okay, weird. I still played, and I just assumed that it's because I had Razer headphones and the Microphone was too weak. Well, now I have a Blue Snowball, and this mic is above and beyond powerful. STILL NO CONNECTION. Seriously Blizzard? We, as a community, need more than you all telling us "oh it's client-side" because for THIS many people having client-side issues, then there's something off in the core game! Can we PLEASE just have ONE update where it's a 100% mic system rework and revamp, no new maps, no new buffs/nerfs, just a new mic system that is reliable and doesn't have a percentile of the community in flames because we're not really getting help here, and the best help there is is someone on the community saying "Get a VPN." That's all we want.
Discord works, skype works, PUBG voice works but not Overwatch. The microphone is muted for me.
For all of you who see that you're joined to chat but can't hear anything, check your account for Parental Controls. That was what the problem was with mine. My log file said set_participant_mute - look for that in C:\Users\[you]\Documents\Overwatch\Logs to confirm. Support can remove the controls with an ID.
i am on playstation 4 and recently it has randomly been disconnecting me from chat which is really unhelpful and i am not sure why its doing that, sometimes i get disconnected from chat mid match

I saw your post with possible solutions and have to say: That's a bunch of Bull..
I've been having this relatively new error lately and it shows no signs of stopping. I'm talking about this one:

We can't connect you to a voice server right now. Please try again.

And the only solution so far is to simply keep trying.
Now I would believe it was an issue with my internet or something on my pc if I was the only one having this issue: The thing is, it's not just me.
All of my friends have this issue, all of em. It's always the same issue, and it happens every day guaranteed.

Again the only solution is to keep clicking that voicechat button and hope this next time it wont tell you once more:
"We can't connect you to a voice server right now. Please try again.
More help: BLZBNTBNA00001389 (4002)"

So please Blizzard, your voice chat app was great, but fix it please.
For some reason when I try to talk to my teammates in comp, it shows the headphone icon showing I'm in the voice chat but it doesn't show the players and doesn't let me speak but when i leave voice chat, it shows it has 1 player in the voice chat. Can anyone help me?

So I'm getting this voice chat error 20900 and have to keep closing and reopening my game after ever single match. Here is a screenshot of the actual error image.

I am having an issue where the battle.net voice chat isn't working. I set it to the right input device however it doesn't work. I can hear what people are saying but i cant speak at at all. This started to start months ago and it hasn't been fixed. What should I do to fix this. I am not sure if this is an internal issue or if it is me.
I keep getting voce chat error 20900. It happens after almost every single comp game. I've tried almost everything. It is extremely frustrating having to restart overwatch after almost every comp game. Especially when I am in a group. Sometimes the error occurs but the notification does no pop up so I am stuck without voice chat for one comp game.

Hi all! My mic has worked fine until I had to redownload windows for an unrelated issue. After reinstalling the game and making sure my settings were right my mic no longer works in the game. In works in the Blizzard app and everywhere else, just not during Overwatch play. Sometimes I will attempt to use the mic and it will connect for just long enough for the team to hear me say "hi" or some such and then it doesn't work anymore. This is really weird. If it never connected to any sound at all it would be different but the fact that it works fully in the app, and that it does that little short connect in game, makes me feel like something odd is going on.

I tried the stuff on the help page but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I am on a PC running Windows 10 on a fairly decent computer, if that makes a difference.

I got an echo issue using Blizzard voice application, to be specific, when I use the Blizzard voice chat, my friend who is on the same chat channel with me would hear echoes which our teammates said on overwatch team chat (she is duo q with me). I have no clue how to eliminate the echo problem, is it relative to my pc or the Blizzard voice app?
Please give me some suggestions, thank you!
