Error in Overwatch lore?

General Discussion
Please correct me if I'm missing something.

Omnic crisis - 'over thirty years ago'.
Jesse McCree - '37 years old'.

Yet here he is, a full adult in the picture of the Overwatch team in their earlier days:

How does that work? In the full photo, Pharah is seen as a girl about the ages of 5 - 8. So at best, the image was of 22 years ago, which would imply McCree would be 15 years old around that time at the least. Yet again, he's looking around the same age as Soldier 76.
You probably forget about the Second Omnic Crisis.
Angela and McCree are both 17 in that photo. The picture was from right around 20 years before, a decade or so after the omnic crisis. Only a few of the characters in Overwatch at the time of the photograph were actually in the omnic war. Many of them joined, like Mercy, after losing her family during the omnic crisis.

Most males are done with puberty and look like adults by the time they're 17. At least, I did.
in longer explanation :

The original Overwatch Strike 1 team members was :

Jack Morrison (Soldier 76)
Ana Amari (Ana)
Gabriel Reyes (Reaper)
Reinhardt Wilhelm (Reinhardt)
Liao (Unknown)
Torbjörn Lindholm (Torbjörn)
Gérard Lacroix (inb4 OW counter terror force)

They fought in the first omnic crisis.

The second generation was :

Dr. Angela Ziegler (Mercy)
Jessey McCree (McCree)
Lena Oxton (Tracer)
Dr. Harold Winston Jr. (Winston)
Genji Shimada (Genji)
...and the remaining and still alive Strike 1 members.

They fought in the second omnic crisis.
Overwatch began with a tiny team consisting of only Morrison/76, Reyes/Reaper, Torbjorn, Ana, Rein, and Liao. After putting down the Omnic threat, Overwatch grew into a huge peacekeeping organization, which is when others like Mercy and McCree were recruited, not in the early days. Pharah's age in that picture seems a bit weird considering she's only supposed to be... 5 years younger than Mercy?

Edit: Yeah, what Scarlet said.
Alright, thanks lads.

Dr. Angela Ziegler is a medical genius. She found the way how to refresh body cells. That's why her biological body younger than it's suppose to be. It's mentioned one of the conversation between Mercy and Mei.
To put it succinctly, the entire Overwatch timeline is utterly screwed.
In the present time (2080 or so) it's supposed to be about thirty-five years since the formation of Overwatch, which is why people like Ana, Soldier and Reinhardt are now in their sixties.
But then you have people like Mercy who apparently were some of the first recruits...and yet she's only 37. Unless she became the head of surgery at a top Swiss hospital when she was about three years old, then her biological age makes no sense according to the timeline.
Then we have pictures (the one where they all have medals in particular) that show people like Tracer alongside a very young-looking Ana and Jack Morrison, even though Tracer is in her twenties right now and thus should've been a fetus at the time.
In short, only the founding members are really the ages they should be.
And the Second Omnic Crisis is a current event only happening in Russia that has nothing to do with Overwatch.

Your points just not viable. Also The Second omnic crisis was global. But after the end of second omnic crisis the war still continued in Russia only. And it's still happening in the present.
See, the omnic crisis occurred 30 years ago, but as of the time the game takes place in the lore, Overwatch has only been shut down for ~6 years. There's a lot of confusion surrounding the time line, but knowing that solves a lot of the purported inconsistencies.

...mind explaining why? The maths checks out just fine.
And I can't find a single source that supports that claim. It's exclusively a Russian problem.
