I would love this change, I don't really play Widowmaker outside of countering Torb and bastions who hole themselves up in corners. But this would be an awesome change since she does it in all the cinematic shorts.
Why only 2-3 seconds? That's not really enough time to do anything of note.
It's not going to help if you can't aim.
