We can try to improve this.

Good to hear.

Also good to hear you're leaving Junkrat off the radar. But on hitboxes, has there been any testing on finding a good medium for Doomfists Rocket Punch hitbox?

He didn't confirm that lol

What hero's currently are a problem for you guys though?

Mercy

Its amazing people still need to ask even though its obvious.

We talk about all of the heroes all of the time here. Genji's not currently on our radar as being a balance problem.

Typical.

...Not even his deflect hitbox not matching the visuals?

We can try to improve this. During development of Genji, the deflect hitbox used to be pixel perfect. The end result made it super unpredictable to deflect anything. We had to give some buffer to even make the ability usable. In the meantime, if he's deflecting, don't shoot at him ;)

Jeff I love you man. Any news on fixing Doomfists bugs? (Such as enemies sliding off walls when rocket punched into them?)

...What a surprise. Of course the one hero with overloaded kit and most reliable teamwiping ult "is not on the radar as a balance problem", Mercy is the real problem RIGHT?????

Ofc it is. 100% pickrate? Genji never had it, even in his old state with ledge boost and 8 second ult.

Maybe because

THERE'S 15 DPS AND 4 HEALERS??????

I wonder.

But she just got re-worked.

And now she needs fine tuning.
You mean further fine-tuning (since valk was just tuned) after she got re-worked because people weren't happy with how she reset teamfights.
Any chance we can expect an Ana buff before Mercy is considered fully balanced?

Shots fired, everything I wanted do hear.
Hey, umm, what about Doomfist? I get Mercy, but he's been in a, well, pretty bad spot, to say the least.

Yes. There isn't a limit to the number of times a hero can be changed.

Never understood how having exceptional mobility is an over loading kit, but okay.
Its almost like ults should be powerful and should be responsible for turning the tides of the game.

4 passives rolled into one (wall climb, double jump that hides his hitbox, faster base speed and dash resets on 1 dmg)
No damage fall off.
Massive deflect hitbox. It's not as simple as not shooting him as you are guessing how big it us, will my flash bang stun myself if i toss it above?
That along with bullcrap animation canceling.
Large dash hitbox (same as doomfists old fist)
Tiny model size

Not overloaded? Okay.

Kinda sad and says allot about the team that they don't see the issues with Genju.

Mercy

But she just got re-worked.

Reworking a hero is hard. Sometimes you get it right on the first try, sometimes you need some iteration. Mercy needs a little iteration. Overall, she's a lot more dynamic and fun to play now. But resurrect is too powerful and still playing out like an ultimate ability. It's not her ultimate anymore and needs to be toned down to feel more like a secondary ability. Mercy will still be awesome to play. She is one of the most beloved heroes. But the tuning of resurrect is off currently and needs to be brought in line.

Thank you for the explanation. Most of us where wondering why Genji's hitbox is so big.

I hope it's not something silly like people not coming back to life at full health then, because some people have thrown out ideas like that around here.

We'll see that.
