let me guess

mercy is still must have op pick, best support who can easily solo heal
Are ya'll aware that Doomfist is essentially non-viable with a Rocket Punch hitbox that's smaller than Mercy's shots and has no vertical detection? And that wall-collision is seemingly random and unreliable?
Yeah, the bouncing off the wall really needs some work, I've gotten kills I shouldn't have due to them getting somehow hit at a 45 degree angle, and Ive had moments where they've just bounced off the wall, but didn't count as a 'hit'. Not to mention the hitbox has been overshrunk. It needed a nerf, but it got nerfed a bit too hard. Also could we have full PTR notes? We've been missing them for a while, and there's been a lot of stealth changes, and it's really frustrating.
Thanks for continuing to work on this.
Mercy can perform some crazy boost-jumps with her GA now.

16.0.0.40504 patch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7nBKnyaQ0ug
How I performed this: shift + double tap spacebar
I'm not sure what triggers it though, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
I hope it's not intended to be that way, please fix this bug.
Lucio is still so heavy.

Just a simple.
"hey we decided to nerf Lucios speed because...."
"hey we decided to hit Lucio the hardest with the ults nerf"

I noticed this too. It's very powerful and I like it. But, definitely decide if it's intentional. You move incredibly fast very consistently while hitting space and shift at the same time, as well.

Edit: I'm finding that I can more consistently get the super jump bug if you hit shift + spacebar and then spacebar again. I can't quite get it as high vertically as you did in the example. But, I can get some pretty good vertical movement out of it.

Here's a perfect example of how inconsistent wall damage is:

And still no buffs nor bug fixes for Mei...
I don't think Mei is a priority right now, sorry to say this.
I am pretty sure they'll focus on fixing Mercy and Lucio before doing the same all over with another hero.
I think it would be sensible to post *all* changes when new patches go up. Even if the team personally thinks some of the changes are insignificant. The community discovering changes (ie the recent business with the Lucio wall ride change) clearly doesn't go down well.

Not fully sure I agree with this. Lucio and Mercy are in a pretty good spot and have been for awhile. Ana, doomfist, mei and bastion are clearly all struggling and have for months on end. If not in that time frame when should they be fixed? Why can't multiple changes be tried, even if they arn't all adopted? I'm no programmer but small changes like damage and armour values can't be that hard to tweak compared to the work on mercy and lucio's mobility currently.
I noticed 2 things with the new mercy:
1. Her rez icon is bugged if she does rez>ult>rez. More spicifically there is no rez icon when you are close to a dead teammate after you activate your ult. I think its because only the main rez has it, not the "extra charge rez" granted by ult. The rez itself still works, its only UI problem.
And this doesnt affect her ult>rez>rez combo because "extra charge rez" is used first when she has both normal and extra, which brings us to the 2nd issue.
2. It's much more "profitable" to use rez>ult>rez because your normal rez cooldown will tick the whole time you do "rez>ult" part. For example if you rez, wait 5s, activate ult, spend 2s reaching your next target and rez, you will already have your next rez on 23s cooldown (30-5-2).
But if you go ult>rez>rez you will always end up with 30s cooldown no matter how long you wait before using your 2nd rez. I believe this happens because your "extra charge rez" is used 1st, then your normal rez that triggers cooldown. IMO this should be changed, main/normal rez must be used first triggering ability cooldown, then extra charge. This way if you activate your ult, then rez, then sometime after (lets say 10s) someone else dies and you rez them, you will have yout next rez on 20s cooldown (30-10).

I think i've found the way to do it more consistently.
1) stay as close as possible to a bot
2) rapidly hit shift and hold space
I think the short distance to a bot is crucial here

Yeah, I've been thinking about that yesterday when I read about the newest PTR changes.
The thing is, I'm not sure implementing it the other way (use "regular" rez first) is better, because then you'd risk loosing the ult-rez-charge if noone dies before you Valkire winds down. Chainhealing is very effective keeping the team alive, I almost never have to rez with Mercy 2.0 after the initial double rez, only time I had a 4x rez was when one team member was out of position and kept dying and being rezzed 3 times. Granted, I shouldn't even have rezzed there, bad play on my part.
This way it's true that you are stuck in the 30s cooldown, but you get to keep that rez after ult if it was not needed.

Valid point, I did not consider this scenario.
Still they need to fix the UI bug when your main rez is on cd (1st part of my previous post)
Lucio is able to climb once again, which feels good. But...i feel like he feels really slow, even with his crossfade speed boost. By chance will there be some type of Lucio buff to go along with this change? or will this be finalized?
