New heroes are all low skill floor

General Discussion
Why do they constantly design these low skill floor characters.

New heroes have been Orisa. A a !@#$ load of ammo just spam that %^-* and drop your shield occasionally. easy to pick up.

Moira. A ball that bounces around and auto targets !@#$ while having another god damn lock-on attack that a blind person could use and get kills with. easy to pick up

Sombra - Hitscan DPS with no really intense mechanical requirements to pick up. Easy to pick up.

Ana - Legit the hardest new hero to pick up.

Can we please have new characters that have intense skill floors that require hours of practice just to be able to use at an ok level.

Its annoying when everything you guys design is just so damn easy to pick up. I want a real challenge when it comes to starting to understand the intricacies of a characters kit. When i first started playing OW i was playing genji because he was the most mechanically demanding character in the game. learning how to actually play him properly was a true challenge. one that took hours to fully grasp. You havent released a new character like that.

Lol, you think you know everything there is to Sombra.

Door is that way.

To be fair, Sombra's role is pretty simple. The problem is if her team will follow up or not. No matter how much of a good Sombra you are, you'll not be impactful if your team doesn't take advantage of the Hacks and EMPs.
Tanks for not mentioning Doomfist.

Also, I don't understand you. Sombra is FAR from easy. I don't quite understand what you mean by "demanding"

Also, Orisa is more demanding than someone like Reinhardt or Winston yet she's still not good enough for you!?
Sounds like what you want is someone with an overinflated kit, to me.
sombra and moira are really hard to play if you actually want to win and not just annoy people

doomfist is hard af to learn to the point where he was a troll pick for months before they fixed him

OP is a genji main, so that makes perfect sense.
Requiring hours of investment and practice to merely perform 'ok' is generally why some heroes are considered inferior.

There is a distinction between a hero's power coming from advanced use (of which Sombra and Ana are real examples - advanced teamwork, priorisation, and initiation) and a player having to spend forever trying to get a hero to work just to justify picking them.

See Doomfist for comparison. For all the talk of 1hk, if you have the accuracy and reflexes to realistically land them, you'd probably do even better on somebody that doesn't have to dive into enemy-controlled territory to do so.

It’s insanely easy to be useless on Sombra and it’s why she has the reputation she does. Anybody will tell you they only enjoy playing with a good Sombra; they have to make the distinction to even talk about her positively. She also requires really good tracking (mostly to offset her spread) to have an impact on the game between EMPs

The better the Sombra, the more they can do before/after EMP
A good Orisa is all about placement and applying the right pressure to the right targets with that "!@#$ ton of ammo gun" Try playing a frontines-diver Orisa and let me know how that goes for you.

tl;dr you want a really hard hero so you can practice of hours to achieve some semblance of good so that people will think you're cool.

P.S - Sombra is probably the hero that requires the highest and most precise execution to be useful, along with Ana.
There is absolutely NOTHING about Sombra that is skillful.

Her gun actively works against her being skillful.
Her cooldowns are clunky as hell.
Her 'abilities' are borderline useless.
She is an Ult Bot.

Sorry to voice the unpopular opinion, but Sombra is not a high skill cap hero.

Ana however? 100% is.

Then explain why Sombra's winrate shoots up spectacularly in Masters and GM

Her team carries her, and can actually use her EMP because they are not potatoes like the rest of us.

Simple.

It is nearly impossible to carry a “5” v 6 in any slightly coordinated game. Try again
yeah say the Player who main a Hero that only has 1 Hard counter and extreme buggy broken Hitboxes. Genji Mains arent supposed to call a Hero low Skill. Genji dont need so much Skill like Genji Mains think about him
