IF EVERYONE IS HAVING LAG SPIKES THEN IT IS NOT YOUR ISP

BLIZZARD NEEDS TO OWN UP AND FIX THIS
I spike between 100 and 600 ping. It never drops to normal, even after playing for a little. It's unplayable. May have to stick to other games till this gets fixed.
Extra-Info:
I've been experiencing this issue as well for a while now. Choppy animations, rubber-banding, executing blinks to directions I'm not facing/executing 2 blinks off of 1 input. Lots of weird bugs occurring due to the latency I'm experiencing from this. It starts to occur during the evening hours, with packet losses hovering from 0-3% to spiking to the 30/40%.

If I am playing during the day I experience none of these issues and have 0 packet loss. Tried to discuss this with support in the beginnings of this and it was dismissed as on my end. Had my ISP come to the house and check the lines and all of that and was given a thumbs up. I'm disappointed in the support I received previously, but I'm hoping you'll be able to fix the issue as the game becomes unplayable at its worst when the evening comes around,

I have been experiencing this same issue for almost a month. My isp also said it’s not on their end. My faith in Blizzard is beginning to wain.
east coast player here!
been having lag spikes since event patch dropped.
This is still happening.... teleporting/lag/choppy animations/ping spikes
I've been having the same problem for a few days now. I normally play in the ord1 servers, but I sometimes get connected to lax1. When I finally connect to the ord1 server, I experience huge rubber banding (around 200-400ms) while my ping hovers around 70+ when it should be around 20-30 (Like it normally is). but when I connect to lax1, I don't experience any jumps or lag. However, the game is still unplayable because my ping is a solid 80-100. My ping is normal in any other game so I hope it's a server issue and they fix it soon! :)
