How would you buff Reaper?

General Discussion
-Tighten his shotgun spread so he's at least effective beyond a few meters and doesn't need to be in someones face.
-Vastly improve the speed at which he teleports and when he becomes invulnerable. It's ridiculous that he has BY FAR the worst teleport in the game.
-Decrease his foot step noise.
-He absolutely needs to be able to cancel out of Wraith Form.

ALL OF THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN! Other than that:

-POSSIBLY give him a secondary fire option that uses double ammo/double shotgun blasts at once, which actually makes him the effective tank shredder in tight they intended him to be.
werent his shotguns also grenade launchers back in early beta? give him those back

This, replace his teleport and give his wraithform the ability to fly.
I'd give him a rework, his kit is way too simple. His skill floor and ceiling are practically the same if not the exact same. There is nothing to learn or get better at with Reaper specifically. Buffing him would make him too effective for how easy it is to play him.
Buff reaper through these changes, adding any combination of them or all of them would help him immensely. The ones that should really be added I've put an asterisk next to:

    *Wraith form is unique in that it can be activated during traps, stuns, and immobilizing effects to escape them (for example, Junkrat's trap, when getting hooked by Roadhog (Roadhog actually counters Reaper if he has his hook) or stunned by McCree (frankly McCree counters Reaper too as long as he has his flashbang)

    *Shadowstep can be used during wraith form

    *Reaper is invincible when coming out of shadowstep for a second or two (prevents instant kills upon teleporting)

    *Allow reaper to fire both his shotguns at the same time for burst damage (this can be binded to right click and may have a cooldown added if it is too powerful)

    Wraith form can go through walls, ceilings, and floors.

    During wraith form you can move in all three axes instead of just two (so now he would be able to move up and down)

    *Wraith form can be canceled at any time by double tapping shift (this would help with the predictability of the ability)

    Wraith form is on cooldown as soon as you activate the ability

    Reaper heals x amount of HP over the duration of Wraith form

    Reaper performs Shadowstep quicker

The amount of bugs and testing that it would take for Wraith to go through Walls and Ceilings is absurd, this would never work. And floors? wtf
