Pc hacked while streaming

Technical Support
So I’m sure this has happened to other people before, so I’m posting this in hope for some help.
So last night I was streaming OW and I was hacked while live.
I don’t know the cause of it but whoever did take control of my pc did hover over the name of someone on my team who was just a random jumble of letters and a new account. This could be coincidence it I just wanted to bring it to the attention of the devs to possibly prevent this from happening to others.
Here’s the clip- https://clips.twitch.tv/PuzzledAcceptableDumplingsGivePLZ

After the clip ends I rebooted my computer and the hacker ended up communicating through notepad and could even hear my discord and messaged someone through my account.
To answer some questions I got on reddit-
Wasn’t sombra
Not a macro
Didn’t click any suspicious links
Only download games on my gaming pc

Any tips on how to properly purge my network/pc from this are appreciated
Your network notification icon in the upper corner of the screen was solidly lit when you froze in game. This was connection latency which caused the pitfall.

I don’t know the cause of it

When someone is remotely connected to your computer, your Internet connection will be slower might explain the solidly lit symbol.

this tim streamer goes into detail how there's a bug in stream labs that lets bad links look like good links. In return, you give access to someone remotely.
One sure way to take care of any activity is to wipe your hard drive and reinstall your operating system. I suggest this. Format your hard drive.

That wouldn't explain the random enter presses though.
