Moira isn’t OP, and here is why

General Discussion
This is some very rough data from the Fiesta Bowl Semi-Finals(only includes the start of the map, no flexing considered. Rounds considered separately. 15 total rounds. 60 total support picks):
#1 Lucio - 33.333% pickrate
#2 Moira - 25% pickrate
#4 Zenyatta - 18.333% pickrate
#5 Mercy - 13.333% pickrate
#6 Ana - 10% pickrate
These pickrates prove without a doubt that Moira isn’t OP. She is well behind Lúcio, and the gap between the two is larger than all of the other gaps between any other heroes. Of course, this is not definitive data. However, it shows that Moira is not at all any kind of must-pick and thus does not need a nerf or any kind. Please, leave Moira alone.
yeah i just want a nerf that makes her hard for people screaming about their gold medals in losses

its like ok well you got golds but for some reason i lost 15 sr with silver medals and you lost 40sr with gold medals even though you're so great

What about the gap between Ana and Symmetra
Tournament stats are good indicators of what heroes work best at the highest level, but often don't translate very well to what is effective on ladder (mostly solo queue or limited queue games with much less team-work).

Lucio is so effective in tournaments because the entire team is on the same page and benefits heavily off of the speed boost, while even at GM it can be difficult to use the speed effectively with your whole team unless you're all on the same page.

If you check the stats here: https://www.overbuff.com/heroes, you will find that for these settings:

- This Week
- PC
- Competitive
- All (for Offense, Defense, Tank, Support)
- Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Master, and Grandmaster (all but Bronze/Silver)

You will see that Moira has the highest pick-rate in the past week throughout these skill tiers, which could be used to make an argument that Moira has become a "must pick" because she is either slightly or somewhat over-powered in her current state.

Symmetra is a joke. Honestly, I don’t think she is even in the game anymore at the top levels of play.
pickrate does not automatically mean someone is OP/not OP.

So we should balance around a game that doesn’t function properly? There is no reason to nerf a hero that can’t even dominate coordinated play, because that means there are counters to her and she can’t dominate to a point where she becomes oppressive. Contrary to this, Mercy’s pickrate in Overwatch League was 96%. Of course, the way I listed pickrates was not adjusted in the same way, but properly adjusted Lucio’s pickrate would only be 66.7%, and Moira’s would be a mere 50%

pickrate does not automatically mean someone is OP/not OP.

A high pickrate doesn’t necessarily mean that someone is op (Lúcio) but a low pickrate almost always means that a character isn’t op. The only possible scenario where this could occur is an extremely map-dependent hero, of which Moira is not. She is map-dependent, but nothing even close to a character like Sombra.
