He is the only one of the three that is in the new PART division. Also unlike the other two he is the only one that has some idea of what actually happened to their father due to inheriting his father's, and his father's old friend before that, personal AI Delta. On a final note all three of the Flint children share the same link that their father and others like him have. Oct 15, 2013 StarCraft II Wish List... I don't know if it's been raised before but I'm such a big fan of SC and the franchise, I'd like to have a wishlist discussion. I'm basically on my way to developing a continental scale TvZ campaign involving a cooperative hero game for 4~12 players (plus the potential of 4 to 8 more on top). The story behind it is the rise of Dominion against the UED and the plot adheres strongly to the SC storyline. I could imagine scaling the campaign to require SCII: Wings of Liberty for the first two levels and SCII: Heart of the Swarm for the third level. On the fourth, I wish for a third installment in SCII, this time highlighting the Protoss and the third installment will be required for playing the fourth and final level of the campaign. Each campaign level has several primary mission objectives that can be accomplished in 20~30 minutes (typical time to sit down on lunch hour) . So besides a third installment of SCII, the ability to join a game in progress would be nice.ChocSix1 Oct 15, 2013

Abandoned cities and homes, corpses, skeletons and ruins abound across the world, World War III leaving it's mark everywhere. A voice echoes in the room you're sitting in on an airship, telling the tale of your powers origin. "During the dark ages, some members of the human race could perform incredible feats, such as summon a sword from thin air or pull their sword to them after being disarmed, or even shooting fire from their own hands. This became known as magic and was the source of many great legends. However, a little known fact was these powers were gifted to humans who were meant to fulfill a special role in history. However, as time went on, these roles began to become scarce, with the "wizards" who filled them soon fading into myth as well. Myth became legend and legend became nothing as each tale was forgotten and man's need for the wizards vanished. Soon he became technologically advanced, gaining enough confidence that kingdom attacked kingdom, then country attacked country. For hundreds of years, this was the cycle, peace, war, peace, war; until the fights began on the home front. At first they were left alone, thought to be kidnappings and murders with a well learned criminal master mind. That was before the messages and video feeds from military units began pouring in, showing and mentioning strange soldiers that could do strange things, some reports even claimed superhuman things. One, however, stood out in particular. Specialist James T. Hitchcock, the 145th Infantry Regiment's Second Platoon's radioman was out on patrol in the area of Zimbabwe when a small group of the soldiers attacked them. The video will pick up just moments before the attack." ... The video ends and a man in a formal suit walks into view, the color of which reflects his aura, a deep blue. "You all are here because your aura's are pure enough to be of use to fighting the reemerging threat against us. After careful analyzing of Mister Hitchcock's body, it was discovered he had inherited, through a long line of medieval magicians to modern day soldiers, a pure green aura. Had he not, he would have joined his friends in death." He looks over each of you, his eyes measuring you and evaluating you. "Looking at some of what was described, we discovered that medieval wizards used not magic, but their auras to fuel their spells. Here, you will do the same." A large curtain removes to show a beautiful valley, forests and clearings and a lake and river seeable; and at the end sat Northern Lights Academy, the place where you would learn to use your aura to fight back against other nations and even terrorist cells. Oct 7, 2013 Savagery Among the Orderly Pre-RP "We are the Protoss. In the current days we are known in the form of orderly, powerful, homogenous, and nearly divine beings. If we dived further into our technology, we would be at a god-like status, just as our own guides were, the Xel'naga, but we value stability too much for that. We are known as beings of uniformity, as well as great and noble warriors. But I have seen our true nature. I have seen our race during the Aeon of Strife. I have seen ourselves as the beasts we truly are. You have most likely heard of what it was like, but that is nothing compared to experiencing it. We were more savage than the Zerg, we had a distrust of each other that even Terrans wouldn't imagine, and our blue blood flowed freely across Aiur. I can divulge the full secrets of this time of destruction through the eyes of the most civil of our race during those dark days, the eyes of the Shelak Tribe. I will show you our tale, if you wish to know it, and have the strength of mind." The old Preserver of your colony says this to you, the adults had always said that he was off, that he was slightly insane, and you had started to agree now. This is an RP about the Aeon of Strife, and will be taking place early on. You will be an early Protoss of the Shelak Tribe, and the technology would be stone age era, but shields and Psionics are still capabilities, although shields are not augmented by technology. The Protoss have a few classes, however these are basic guidelines as to your Psionic potency, your physical endurance, your shields, and skills, they are not strict and narrow-minded. Classes: Psi-Warrior: Having trained to focus their Psionics to combat purposes, Psi-Warriors have strong shielding, and are quite well trained in the use of melee bludgeon weapons. However, their disipline in the use of ranged weapons and sea-faring techniques are quite thin. Often times they are seen as barbaric, although they can be considered the most loyal. They are not quite as capable of using Psionics beyond their shields and improving muscle reactions. Starting Ability: Harden- The Psi-Warrior increases the strength of his shields greatly for a short time, making them near indestructible. At the end of the duration the shields are lost for a small amount of time. Keeper: Keepers are highly educated, for the savages of the Aeon of Strife. They dedicate themselves in the research, defense, and capturing of Xel'naga artifacts. They are disciplined in the ability to form devastating attacks with pure Psionic energy, but as such they often put very little into their shielding, although it could be different where they have great amounts of shielding, but as they go into the offensive the shielding disperses. They hold little discipline with weapons and few know the way of the sea. Starting Ability: Meditate- The Keeper enters a state of meditation, in which his/her shields strength increases Immensely. protecting them from harm. During this state, they will be incapable of movement or fighting, but will heal their wounds. Upon exiting their meditation, their next attack or ability will be strengthened heavily. Artisan: They are well-trained in the forging of items. Artisans have recently entered military roles when they are of weapon and armour smithing. As such they are poorly disciplined in Psionics, and are not trained to endure hits. They rely on their superior technology to claim victory. Although they have superior weapons and armour, it is not overwhelmingly such. With the rest of the world plunged into the world of the stone ages, Artisans are capable of working a basic copper-like metal, and not to the proficiency that it is extremely strong. Starting Ability: Empower- The Artisan uses the little Psionics (s)he has and empowers their weapon for a short time, allowing for more powerful strikes. Stalker: They have utilized their Psionics to be able to mask themselves, although not to the point of invisibility, and some of the more powerful are capable of making illusions. They most usually will use bows and knives to deal with their threats. Their energy put into their masking and illusions have caused weakened shielding and their need for nimbleness has put their armour to very little. Starting Ability: Echo- The Stalker creates an echo of his/her voice somewhere among the battlefield, bringing attention to that area if from a relatively concealed area. Note: The Stalker will be a very hard to use class, even as a guideline due to its reliance on stealth. You need to be very aware of the battles, the environment, and most of all, you will have to think the absolute most about everything to avoid detection and being attacked. I wonder what would happen if Humans or even the Psion-Humans where forced into a situation where they had to ear Zerg flesh to survive. Would they be take over by the Zerg Virus? Would they gain the abilities of what they have eaten (while remaining themselves)? Would they Hybridize? Or would they just get sick or die painfully of food-poisoning?Dragan5 Oct 3, 2013
Oct 1, 2013 Final Stand Redux It's been several hundred years since Amon's defeat, and humanity has been pushed to the brink of extinction by the Zerg and Protoss. For three decades, they have been waging a merciless war against the Terrans, glassing and infesting every planet that fell, and leaving the Terrans without a way out. Slowly but surely they were forced to a single planet in the Koprulu Sector, Korhal IV and then the Xeno aggressors set out for Earth, finding more established resistance, but nothing they weren't able to whittle away at, eventually destroying all established resistance in the Sol System. Three bastions of human resistance remain, Earth, Korhal IV and Mars, which was finally made habitable three years before the Fall of Humanity began. In those three years, it was turned into a military bastion, armed with ever upgraded weaponry and defenses, and is also the place where Project Final Flash and it's off shoots were carried out. This project is the reason Humanity is still surviving. It produced the Artemis soldiers, genetically altered and modified super soldiers that could stand toe to toe with the most elite of Protoss warriors and put them to shame. You are soldier among the human ranks, Artemis or otherwise, and you are part of a force dedicated to helping humanity rise again, not just continue to exist, but to rebuild your civilization. However, things look bleak. First you must reestablish communications with the other two planets, a dangerous task with Infested and Zealots prowling the halls of the long range communications towers, and who knows what else. Then you have to rebuild your fleets, but the shipyards are overrun with Zerg and Protoss forces, including things never before seen. Both tasks are extremely dangerous, but possible if you can band together. Pick up your weapon, show your heart of courage, and lead the charge to reclaim Humanity's future, or make your final stand. The choice, is up to you. Earth: A beautiful sun rise offset only by the sound of Zerglings washing up against the compound walls and psi storms attempting to bring down the protective barrier. Your CO is in the command bunker, giving orders to prevent several roaches from bringing down the front gate and to stop a group of infestors from making it into the compound via some old supply tunnels due to be demoed, but a Hydralisk escort killed the demo team before they could set off the charges. There are also several Protoss warp prisms and shuttles inbound and the engineers need an escort to repair the heavy anti air turrets, as air support alone will be inadequate with the escort the Warp Prisms and Shuttles have. Korhal IV: The sound of Zerg and Protoss warriors attacking the compound has permeated your dreams, making even sleep a nightmare. They rarely give a respite, and even more rarely give a full nights rest. Now your CO needs you to stop a column of Immortals from reaching the walls and cracking them open so that the combined Protoss and Zerg army can overwhelm your forces. Also another crisis, Mutalisks and brood lords are inbound to keep your air support on the ground, and the power relay is filled with Zerglings and broodlings who have been ensuring that the anti-air defenses stay off line by destroying all the power connections and killing anyone sent to repair them. The final threat is a contingent of five Ultralisks bee lining straight for the base, intending to make a second hole in the walls, or one at all if the Immortals fail. You have to find a way to stop the giants. Mars: You awake in your quarters, the alarms blaring as Zerg and Protoss lifesigns enter the atmosphere, and you head to the command center, where your CO is in the midst of an important strategic decision; Eliminate the scout force to buy the main base more time, plant traps for the main force to thin out their numbers, but allow the scouts to see your standing defenses, or assault the main force directly, forcing them to retreat.Zarkun288 Oct 1, 2013
Sep 30, 2013 Escape! (An Experimental Roleplay) (This would take place on the third mission of StarCraft 1) It's an average day in your small colony on Mar Sara. You're well defended from the Raiders, and all is well. Your Cul-de-sac of a town is doing well. You're wandering around one day, on the way to Jimmy's Armory, when suddenly, a vulture skims by your face. Dust picks up, knocking you back. Several other vultures zoom past you through the other entrance. You're shocked, dumbstruck even. The funny thing is, these aren't raiders, they wear the blue paint of the Adjutants Marshall Force. What are they doing here, you think to yourself. As you get back on your feet you notice the vultures are now patrolling the two entrances and that marines with the same blue paint march in. What's going on?! You then find yourself in shadow. You look up and see a command center, two barracks as well as some other miscellaneous military modules floating overhead. You run, not wanting to get crushed, and your fellow colonists do the same. You run into your house and hide yourself from the earth shattering landing noises and the marine forces. After about an hour of being inside you go outside to see that this military force has set up bunkers and started mining out of your abandoned vespene geyser and your mineral supply cache. You wander around, wondering what's going on. A marine stops you on your way to the command center. "What are you doing out here, get back insid---" His voice is interrupted by gunfire and a shriek. He turns to the side, gun in hand to see a zerg pounce one of his troops. Hydralisk spikes fly, and zergling claws tear. "Fall back!" Is all you can make out in the chaos of the invasion. The marine starts to escort you back to your house running, when a mutalisk flies overhead and snatches him up. His insides rain upon you. You continue to run, heading back to your house and about halfway there, your house is engulfed in fire. You look up to see dropships with red markings over head, dropping down troops and picking up civilians. More zerg pour out of the two entrances. You run towards a dropship when suddenly you're pounced on by a zergling. You black out. You wake up, a dead zergling on top of you. You're covered in purple blood. Around you is creep, larvae and all sorts of tiny zerg bugs. Looking around you see a hatchery, as well as several infested sprawling around. You are terrified, the creep surrounding you and the infested sprawling towards you. You are ready to die. Then, out of nowhere, several bullets fly into the infested's heads. Three men run up next to you, lift the zergling off of you and pick you up. They run you into a nearby building. Inside are the other survivors. "We don't have much time." One of them says. "What do we do. . ." Another whimpers. A gun cocks in the background. "We get off this planet." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Welcome to my first roleplay in awhile. I've wanted to do this idea for awhile. So some ground rules. Keep in mind you're a civilian colonist, you aren't a super man so no being op. Not restricting you to what you can be. If you want to be a guy who uses a gun, just keep that in mind when creating your backstory. You can be a human or a protoss, keeping in mind a protoss won't start in the exact same area, just nearby. You can't be a zerg, for obvious reasons. (Unless you want to be a changeling, just ask me). I intend to make this very survival esque, so keep management in mind. If I say you find something, unless I say otherwise, there is only one of it. So keep in mind you fellow rpers and settle things as a group. You're a team. In terms of character creation, you can be a terran, in which case you're a civilian of the Cul-De-Sac. Now when I say civilian I'm not trying to restrict you, you can be anything you want, just keep in mind you lived in this place, and where a member of this society. You can be a chef, a guard, one of the militaries defense force, whatever. You can be a protoss, in which case you'll be part of a squad who were sent down to try to eliminate the zerg. Only restriction for you is you have to be a gateway unit. (With the exception of an immortal or a pilot if you want to know how to fly a scout or any protoss ship.) In terms of being a zerg, you can be a changeling or a potentially a sentient zerg like a queen. Keep in mind you'll be working for the zerg, not the terrans if you do this. In terms of gear, if you're a terran (unless you're a guard or militant) will have generic clothing (unless you have a backstory reason why you'd have any form of armor) and not much else. Supplies you as the entire terran group have are; A Gauss Rifle with 56 bullets, seven packs of rations, two flashlights, a Mapcorder (a device that tracks the terrain as you explore it), a basic EMP device (works like it does in the game), three backpacks, a kukri, dermal mender (The Medic's Heal tool), and a laser saw. If you're a protoss, you'd have what your units would have, and pilots have zealot armor. Everyone has a shield generator. As a group, you have a prototype Psionic Sword device, which is a large powerful Dark Templar Sycthe Esque weapons. You also have three mind flay devices, which explode zergs brains within a 50 meter radius. They take 10 minutes to set up though. In terms of zerg, you have everything a zerg would, because you're part of the hatchery. The Story: As any regular day, the Plastic "Empire" and the Royal Ant Hive/United Bug Protectorate were in their normal Cold War. Aug 28, 2013 Counted Blessings (Story) Hey guys, This is my second Starcraft based short story. This one is pretty short. Only a few posts (Probably around 6-8 mediocre posts). This one features some of my most in-depth and favorite characters ever written. If I had to choose which one got more reads between the two short stories I'm writing right now, I'd choose this one. I think it's better for several reasons. The plot is simple and planned. The characters are intriguing and real. Anyways, I'd really appreciate it if you guys gave this a once-over. The capital city of our Dominion has been overrun. I repeat, Augustgard has fallen. We got live footage of the Emperor's Throne destroyed in a gigantic explosion. There is no word regarding the whereabouts of Emperor Mengsk. Some report that he has successfully fled the area, others report he was caught inside the blast. Given the current atmosphere of Korhal, it is hard to say which one is the truth. But if Arcturus Mengsk was really caught in the blast, the reign of succession goes to his son Valerian, who is nowhere to be found. The evacuation of Korhal so far have been relatively smooth and loss of life is minimal, leading to some questioning whether the Queen of Blades is deliberately avoiding them...” The door opened and Jim Raynor stepped inside the bridge of the Hyperion still suited up, standing alongside Valerian Mengsk and Matt Horner as they continued to watch the UNN broadcast. Matt and Valerian turned around to face Jim. “Sir, is it done? Is Mengsk really dead? Is it finally over?” Matt asked. Jim nodded his head curtly. “It's over Matt. Arcturus is dead. Sarah dealt the finishing blow. Our job is finished. What about you Valerian? Do you still stand by what you said earlier?” Valerian turned around back at the screen. His gaze fell upon the burning palace that his father was so proud of, the palace where his father sheltered himself in. “My father's crimes has caught up to him. His death was a result of the atrocities he has committed in the past. I will be lying if I said that I felt some sadness over his death. Even though we were never close, he has taught me many useful things. But, what's done is done. I am not my father, nor do I aspire to become the mad man he once was. I will be the man he tried to be.” Valerian answered firmly. Jim Raynor smiled briefly. There was still hope for humanity in the Koprulu sector. Valerian's convictions were strong. Asking Sarah to hold off attacking the evacuation centers demonstrated that he had a heart, a genuine compassion for his people unlike his father. He was young, charismatic, and could bring great change for the better. Yet if all of this was an act as Arcturus did... “Listen here Valerian. Aug 22, 2013 Tech Wizards! Hear me out! I was watching a SC2 cutscene the other day when suddenly my screen took a !@#$. I was fine, and then everything got pixelated, discolored, and choppy as hell. The real kicker is that everything returns to normal just by shaking the mouse. Aug 21, 2013 Starcraft RPG Hey fellas, As you know, I am working on a Starcraft RPG. Gameplay wise, it's going to be a cross between Knights of the Old Republic, and Mass Effect 2. Lore wise, it's going to be 100% Starcraft. The first chapter of your character's life will take place in my coming Arcade map. You will be able to choose from up to 54 combinations to make your character's backstory, then you'll be able to choose from several dialog options, like Kotor and Mass Effect, to truly create your character. The problem is, I am starting to need help. If you're interested in helping me with anything, you will of course get your name in the credits and my personal thanks. Plus maybe a few cookies and Easter eggs as you wish ;) The things I need help with are: Major Characters I need major characters. I'm talking deep, well thought out characters which will come to life in the game. He instead posses more of his mothers abilities, namely the feared detonator egg. He does have minor psionics that allow him to cloak himself and manipulate the surrounding shadows around him. He is the only one of the three that is in the new PART division. Also unlike the other two he is the only one that has some idea of what actually happened to their father due to inheriting his father's, and his father's old friend before that, personal AI Delta. On a final note all three of the Flint children share the same link that their father and others like him have. An Archon wields massive power, but be warned - the merging cannot be undone, and it may be difficult to come to terms with a multiple identity at first. Kata: Performing Kata before a mission allows you to focus on a particular way of fighting. Kibon Chodon - A simple technique that allows you to review basic offensive technique. This will focus you on melee damage, and provides a bonus to unarmed combat. Kibon Yidon - A defensive kata that will review blocking techniques, improving defense. Chong shin no-Kun - A weapon based technique that improves weapon damage and the accuracy of strikes. Kibon Samdon - A more advanced offensive kata that grants a larger boost to attack, but sacrifices defense. Aug 5, 2013 Out of Curiosity... Would anyone be interested in a fantasy (maybe somewhat steam-punk) RP focused around medieval-esque politics? I was thinking there would be a number of lords (dukes, barons, etc) all in disagreement over something (as for what that would be, I have no idea right now) and expected sort of chaos would ensue. Assassination attempts, shifting alliances, bribes, mystery, intrigue, tavern brawls, etc. The players themselves would control minor lords, their assistants and advisors, knights, wandering mercenaries, etc. Thoughts?Warhawk32 Aug 5, 2013
Aug 4, 2013 Nexus Wars has the worst glitch ever. Recently, there has been a glitch in Nexus Wars where if a Nexus gets destroyed, the winning team is forced to lose. How? Whenever the win animation appears, another window with the "Waiting for Server" message pops up, and it doesn't go away, therefore forcing you to surrender. I know people don't care if they win or lose in an Arcade map, but when I'm going all out with massing up the best units possible and getting my hard earned win, it's just a huge punch in the face when it forces you to lose instead.SlowMinded3 Aug 4, 2013

I've never used this forum. Tremere’s eyes grew hard and serious and she turned to the stairs, stepping forward firmly. “Boethiah’s day never claimed me as fallen. They shall not either.” She had no arrows. And she did not feel it in her to use the power from the man she had killed against his brothers, as twisted and blind as they were. Dressed in nothing but rags and her head held high, she moved quickly and fiercely down the stairs. An armed woman appeared and she snapped her bow around, knocking her helmet clean off and onto the ground. She stamped on her and then leapt over her to drive the hard point of the bow into another, Lord Windkin guarding her back. Some terrible light spells came at her and bolts, but Marth Windkin batted them all away, allowing her to battle freely through the fray, pushing through towards the great fort doors. Almost like magic, the doors ahead opened into the stormy world ahead. But…she heard something else than the storm suddenly. A great pounding…like dragon wings but not quite right. And something sweep downward in a flash of purple “LIZ SLEN NUS!!!” Tremere screamed as a gust came forth and suddenly Marth Windkin became coated in a blanket of ice, frozen where he stood. “Lord Windkin!” Tremere cried, pressing her hands against the ice that wrapped his body. Her head jerked around as she saw a figure leap down from the back of a dragon made of bone and wrapped in rotting flesh, the undead dragon taking off to the air again to collide with the ice drake. The figure stood, her body engulfed in fire lapping against her white armor and fur that stood on end. “Tremere, back away from him,” Krayta commanded, a wild and terrifying look in her eyes. Tremere’s jaw trembled and Krayta’s hand shot forward. Tremere yelped as an invisible force grabbed her and yanked her to the bottom of the steps. Krayta stood by her for a moment and then slowly approached Marth’s frozen form, her sword shining and burning with holy fire. She held out her blade and touched the tip to the ice, giving a little shove. Tremere yelped again as the iced man fell over, fearing he would break. But instead the ice shattered from him, leaving him in a frosty and slightly dazed heap. “Get up,” Krayta commanded. Marth started laughing like a maniac. “I said get up,” Krayta backed, seizing his shoulder and yanking him upright like a bratty child. “Oooh,” he cooed, “Have I been bad?” A thunderclap of thu’ums split the air as the living and undead dragon collided again. Krayta’s flaming arm lapped against Marth, burning but not fazing him, her yellow cat eyes blazing down at him. “As bad as I taught you to be. Pan camera to the right.* The Ancients. *Flash of a giant clawed hand knocking away human and Elven soldiers.* Powerful, horrible beasts from before the Ser arrived, who were gifted with Chaos‘s power. *A flash of a human warrior, brown hair, brilliant blue eyes and his helmet missing, ramming his spear into a beast’s chest and blasting it away with fire magic.* They came to destroy that which we held dear and leave ruin in their wake. *Villages burning, with corpses of women, children and older people everywhere, along with the soldiers who had fallen fighting the threat.* They slaughtered everything that was in their path. *Pans along the plain, then a flash to a fanged mouth tearing out the throat of a mother protecting her children.* No one could stand against them. *Soldiers dead on a field of grass, body parts and blood adding to the carnage.* So we marshaled our forces, *shows a grand army and three men at the head, facing 10 lumbering shapes coming towards them,* and we made our stand. Our women and children were safe near the Ser, and we stood to face them, *The shapes stop, one of them roaring a challenge,* and we kept our courage, charging against a foe who meant certain death. *The army of men and elves charges forward, yelling their battle cries.* We met them head on, *the figure roars again and the shapes rush forward as well, intent on crushing all resistance,* and each of us fought with the strength of a thousand men that day. We gave no ground and no quarter, even as our numbers thinned, *a giant blade, grafted to a creature’s arm, cuts several men and elves in half, but determination is on their faces,* and one by one, we brought them to their knees. *A shadowed shape goes down, a defeated roar passing its lips, then another, and another, all roaring in defeat.* Victory or death was our creed that day, and it was victory we had. *The last of the forms falls and several powerful mages come forward as another appears, this one wielding two giant blades.* We even felled their master that day, the being who made them what they were. *The mages channel their powers, and the forms all begin to vanish into a seal, though they fight it to the end, the final form yelling and swearing revenge.* We sealed them away, our greatest mages giving their lives for the safety of their families. *The seal closes and the mages fall, drained of life, but when their bodies are turned over, there are smiles of triumph on their faces.* We returned to our women and children and elderly, bearing both the jubilation of victory and the sorrow of guilt, knowing we’d all be telling women and children that their husbands and fathers and sons weren’t coming home. *Flash of the faces of women, both proud and sad, and children taking their fathers helm and solemnly wearing it in his stead.* I was one of the mages who assisted in the sealing of the Ancients and their master, the one chosen to remain after death. *Panning right and zooming out slightly as it nears the center.* I was cursed, cursed to wander Serin until the Ancients were truly defeated, slain rather than bound. *Comes to a sword resting in the center of the field, tip in the ground.* That day comes soon, when the Ancients will be set free, free to begin their rampage anew, but it is not now. Now, I begin to push the minds of those who will fight them on the day they are freed, and make sure they are ready for it, willing to sacrifice everything to protect humanity. *Zooms in on sword, a human figure now visible behind it, hands resting on the pommel, though the figure is fuzzy.* They will be strong, *Flash of a select group of humans,* swift, *elves running through the trees,* undeterred, *flash of another race,* and faithful. *A flash of the groups united.* They will lead the charge to the final battle, be the result victory or death. *The human form becomes more solid, showing a man with red hair and bright green eyes, and he draws the blade from the ground, runes igniting along its length and fire lining its edge.* We will not go into the night quietly! * He lunges forward, towards a group of ghostly shadowed forms, the same forms that were sealed in previous flashbacks.*Zarkun78 Aug 2, 2013
