It seems like there's a strong opinion that, if a patch only includes co-op or warchest content and no Versus balance changes, it should be delayed until such time that those Versus changes are ready. Honestly, I'm not sure that would make for a strong business model.

It's not as hard as most "bullet hell" games but it's certainly nothing that RTS practice prepares you for. I got Gold when I completed it for the third time.I like to go with double plasma missile to take out bosses quickly. You don't see many necroposts that date all the way back to 2010!Regardless, it's pretty goofy to tie the recent Activision Blizzard restructuring together with every developmental decision that was made over the last decade, particularly for projects like Starcraft II where development began well before the merger.

It's cool. It took quite a long time to get 100% of the campaign achievements. I can wait a little longer for my rewards.

None of the Starcraft II retail versions came with traditional manuals. They came with installation guides and I think the one for Wings of Liberty had a very brief summary of the events from Starcraft and Brood War.

I've never heard that before. I think that's just an achievement that doesn't unlock anything.But even though you can't purchase the collector's edition you can still purchase the digital deluxe version. I'm not sure if you can still purchase the digital deluxe for just Legacy of the Void. You may have to purchase the Campaign Collection and choose the Digital Deluxe Edition. It's dynamically priced so you get discounted for anything in that bundle that you already own.

Based on BlizzCon's What's Next panel, it certainly sounds like there are more commanders and missions in the works. And the commanders appear to have been pretty profitable to sell. They seem to have gotten more ambitious with Tychus and Zeratul as far as adding new game mechanics including more complicated command cards which, according to Monk, take a ridiculously long time to design.
