Bump. Still many people needing help with this. I've exhausted options on my end. This happens on different connections and different PCs. It feels like it's something specific to certain accounts.

Is there any information if Blizzard is still looking into this issue? It seems pretty common.It would be great to know if Blizzard have found anything or have some ideas on what the problem might be.

There is no change to my own match history.I just loaded up the #1 GM profile "<PRT0SS> Shura" and I can see this player's match history fine.Is it something to do with players that were originally from SEA and then moved over to NA? I don't really recall this problem happening early on with HOTS, but it's been going on for a while now.

Nothing to this degree, no. There was a substantial performance hit with 3.0 but Blizzard seems to have addressed that problem. I haven't heard of a problem like you describe.
