You are one of a new group of 'Pups', as the recruits are called, for the WOLF's Head Commando's. You've spent the last three weeks aboard the Battlecruiser Defiance a Hurricane-class variant Battlecruiser. Three good square meals a day, none of those old MRE's, and decent camping arrangements in the main hangar and cargo hold of the Cruiser. There was a decent parade field in the middle of the hold that you have spent countless hours on learning military drill and basic squad maneuvers. Basic hand to hand and CQC has also been taught. Sometimes the M3A5 Courier and the Apollo would be brought out and groups would be shown basic operation and maintenance of the two vehicles. The field would also be modified to provide various terrain for 'laser tag' exercises where participants were given modified CMC Light suits and modified versions of the WHC standard weapons.

Out the port side hangar door you can see the Romulus and out the starboard the Remus is visible. Both are Behemoth-class Battlecruisers and positioned slightly behind the Defiance. Ahead of the three ships is a small blue-green world with a space platform and two more battlecruisers in orbit. The three battlecruisers proceed to the station and dock in a large open hangar. from there you are directed to a Sergeant. you don't know most if any of the other people that come to the Sergeant(PC's. will let you lot decide who knows who). He is wearing a WarWOLF suit with the helmet off and clipped to his waist as he reads from a data pad calling off your names to make sure you're all there. "Alright everyone load up on the Hermes." He says gesturing to the dropship behind him. You all file into the dropship and stow your duffle bags before taking a seat. The sergeant walks to the front of the ship and turns to check that everyone is strapped in. After everyone is strapped in, he bangs on the door to the cockpit with an armored fist. As the ramp closes a woman in full ShadowWOLF armor runs up and onto the dropship. "Sorry I'm hitching a ride." She says with a soft but experienced voice as she removes her helmet to reveal a cute but scared face with shoulder length orange-red hair. The sergeant only nods to the woman before addressing the rest of you. "That was Neema Station. You'll probably end up going there for the majority of your R&R. Of course your CO might also authorize a group sojourn to Dominion or Umojan space for some leave. Next stop is Olympus Base and then off to the firebase your squad is stationed at." He says over the growl of the dropships engines as it lifts off and exits the hangar heading down to the planet below.

ShadowWolves are not a part of this intro due to their extensive training. Any ShadowWOLF characters will be waiting at Olympus Base for the rest of the group to arrive. I'm restricting the number of ShadowWOLF characters to one per squad. so if we have 7 other characters that means one ShadowWOLF. 12-16 characters will mean 2 ShadowWOLF characters(They count as part of the 12-16 total characters). I would like at least 8 characters and 4 RPer's for a nice sized squad. Available races are Terran, Protoss and Mozan. I may allow some other humanoid custom races but I would need a good reason for why/how they are a part of the WOLF's Head Commandos. Also please keep it to mostly Terran Characters if possible please. Except for some fatigues, jumpsuits and the standard pistol you do NOT have any of the gear for your class yet. you will be issued it at Fire Base ColdHarbor. which is where your squad will be based out of. Most of what you have with you is anything you brought with you from home.

Mozan:
The Mozan are similar to werewolves yet far different. They can shift from a humanoid form into a ‘feral’ form. Their humanoid form is that of a normal human (skin color varies) with the exception that they have wolf ears and a wolf tail (fur color varies). Their feral form is exactly as it sounds, full wolf (type of wolf/fur color varies). Mozan also have little to no psionic potential.
Mozan are usually born in groups of 4 though groups of 2-6 also happen but are very uncommon. Single births are next to completely unheard of from Mozan. They are usually born planet side, though sometimes they are born on starships, and almost entirely raised on a planet. Until they turn 4 they are raised as what would be a mix of wolf pup and a Terran child. At the age of four they begin their 'schooling' which is more like a mix of military school and a normal terran school.
The Mozan evolved on a small world, roughly the size of Venus, which was covered in green and blue, located in a remote area on the far edge of Protoss space, from Dominion space. They have a tribal democracy for government and have colonized every world in their system but tend to distrust other races. They have had very limited contact with other races. They have technology that rivals the Protoss. Although Mozan society is deeply rooted in tradition they tend to be more innovative with their use of technology. Mozan are very loyal to their ‘packs’ which generally act in the same capacity as families. Packs can however take on many different forms, such an example is a squad or battalion might organize itself in the form of a pack with the highest ranking officer being the ‘alpha’.
WHC
Jumpsuit: Several are given to all WHC members. Generally black, dark grey or navy blue with WHC insignia on right breast and no squad insignia. Rated for standard NBC protection and has a limited ability to generate its own Gravity field. Full life support in hostile environments and space. Made from a strong composite of synth-muscle, flexible nano carbon fiber and a thin layer of non-newtonian fluid. body hugging but comfortable and stretchy it fits comfortably under normal clothing and even the WHC armors. Graphene wires run throughout the suit and sink a small computer micro frame to the wearers nervous system and vitals.

Fatigues: Grey slacks or loose cargo pants and grey shirts(long sleeve, short sleeve or 'tank top' sometimes just a sports bra for women or no shirt for men) with orange WHC Insignia on right breast. Squad or even platoon insignia are set below the WHC insignia.

Dress Uniform: Tailored to fit snuggly for each individual and only worn for special occasions. Mostly a dark-grey cotton with a bright orange insignia on the right breast pocket with name tag centered and level just above, Squad insignia are below WHC insignia. Rank patches/pins are worn on the side of shoulders and lapels. Reward Ribbons are worn on left side above breast pocket. Women's uniform requires a skirt that reaches no more than mid thigh with semi clear/beige stockings and no less than 4" black high heels(shined as applicable). Men's uniform requires dress shoes(shined), black socks and full length well pressed trousers. both require a grey button up dress t-shirt and undergarments must be non-visible unless it is the jumpsuit.

Classes:
WarWOLF:
Role: The standard infantry of the WHC they make up most of the Merc group. They have the motto of 'Hit hard, Hit fast and Hit first'.
Armor: The armor is usually tailored to each individual but is generally between 5-7 feet tall. It is much smaller but a little tougher than standard CMC-300 armor. The plating is made of two half inch Titanium/Neo-Steel compound plates sandwiching a quarter inch of non-newtonian fluid. Underneath is a scaled down but improved servo system. A small backpack holds a heat sink and the suits power source. Comes with a helmet instead of a visor. helmets at first look like the MJOLNIR MK VI but can be customized to wearers liking. The helmet has a full HUD, small flood lights and integrated Comm system. The HUD can be modified to the users liking. The armor also has small jump-jets built in that slow the users decent and even can allow for small jumps(Unable to scale up cliffs but possible to jump down a shortish cliff without much trouble).

DireWOLF:
Role: Heavy Assault infantry. One or two are usually found mixed in with squads of WarWolves.

Contained Plasma shield on left arm. The legs are built in a manner similar to the Goliath but the two upper portions are built to allow for a human leg to fit in.

OmegaWOLF:
Role: The Medical Corp of the WHC. There is at least one attached to each squad and each are fully trained Medical practitioners.
Armor: Similar to Standard Commando armor. Slightly bigger and heavier as it is equipped with advanced Healing tech. The helmet(https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/intel/inteldetail/ae802e22-14ab-4742-ab79-d2604dc46743/scanner?category=armor for helmet appearance) has a powerful scanner that usually rests just above the helmet's visor but can be automatically or manually lowered for field medical scans or combat use as it can see through about ten meters of wall and detect invisible opponents within that same ten meters. Also equipped with a shield made of two half inch Titanium/Neo-steel plates sandwiching two layers of 1/8 inch nano carbon fiber and then a 1/4 inch layer of non-newtonian fluid and a layer of 1/2 inch nano carbon fiber on the outside.

NightWOLF:
Role: The main Special Operations forces of the WHC.
Armor: slightly better armored than a ghost or spectre but still small and light. several small overlapping plates, of the same material found on standard commando armor, are placed on the chest, back and sides to provide full flexibility and protection. Limbs are covered with small and much lighter but still strong nano carbon fiber and graphene plates, greaves, gauntlets and other such articles which are all customizable. under the plates are two layers of strong but flexible mesh of graphene, nano carbon fiber and synth-muscle sandwiching a layer of non-newtonian fluid. it has small jumpjets but with its reduced weight they can be used to scale one standard building story(about 10 feet). Equipped with a sophisticated Active Camouflage module.

ShadowWOLF:
Role: A Sub-branch of Nightwolves made up entirely of gifted psionics and very rare. They spend 4-6 years in a rigorous training program and are never fielded until they are at least 18 years old. They are usually recruited between the ages of 12 and 14 and if they flunk out they are sent home unlike the Dominion Ghost program. They are not given control implants of any kind or mind wiped for any reason. Specific talents and abilities of each individual are identified and trained making even the weakest stronger than a standard Ghost.
Armor: They wear more armor than the standard Spec Op's but that is balanced out by implants that boost strength, agility and endurance as well as a thicker layer of synth-muscle in their suits. Their armor acts as a massive psi-blade emitter allowing them to generate blades anywhere and in any configuration they need/want. all of the rigid armor on their suits has at least a thin layer of the Titanium/Neo-steel composite. Their suits are equipped with Nyx-class cloaking modules. Their standard helmet is more robust and doesn't seem to have a visor on the outside but has a powerful sensor net. Further modifications are based on each individuals abilities and talents.

TechWOLF:
Role: The Engineering and Technology oriented soldier of the WHC. Often found setting turrets, throwing numerous tech oriented abilities at enemies or other related activities.
Armor: Over all similar to a NightWOLF's armor but with much more tech as well as slightly larger. Micro-fabricators on the back allow for a light guass turret to be made and carried on the back. Their gauntlets have similar fabricators that can make a variety of mines, grenades and even little gadgets(so long as they have the specifications). The gloves are a little thinner to allow for more precise movements.

Vehicles:
Titan Mech: A little larger than a Viking and heavily armored but quite mobile. the cockpit is cozy and simplistic containing a seat, standard control harness and a couple control sticks. Most of the controls and readouts are holographic and appear in front of the pilot but do not obscure vision. it is bipedal and strides through the battle field like a goliath. behind the cockpit is a large power core, containing elctrorite and thorium, a powerful shield, gravity generator and a computer core which runs its multi-lock targeting systems, which allows each weapon to get an independent lock, and other systems. Above each shoulder is a missile rack that fires a single Jericho Missile before reloading and is supplied by a micro-fabricator. The left arm as a large claw useful for pounding, grabbing or a couple other melee attacks and two autocannons fed by another mini-fabricator. the right arm is taken up by a large cannon that can fire various large caliber rounds, grenades and even a large exploding artillery round(will immobilize the walker for a while). Grenades used are usually smoke and frag. The mech has an intricate sensor net capable of detecting most cloaked enemies and enemies through walls in a decent radius around the mech. Jump jets are installed on the mech but are rarely used.

Apollo Scout Bike: Lightly armored but moves and accelerates faster than the vulture. A motorized tric of sorts. Equipped with a small but powerful electrorite core that powers the whole bike including a decent EM-shield and small gravity accelerator. 1 inch of plexiglas with hexagonal reinforcement surrounds the driver. armed with twin 10mm Laser cannons and two Magnetic accelerators that are configurable to a number of armaments. The bike handles like a dream despite its slightly elongated look. Its shield can take most of a hit from a Crucio Shock Cannon before falling, if the tank can even hit the Apollo.

It cruises at about 60 MPH but can easily reach 80+. Equipped with a proportionally large Gravity Accelerator that allows it to run up near vertical surfaces on a planet or fully powered station and a decent sized Electrorite/Thorium core. Armed with a Jericho Missile launcher and a large double barreled Guass cannon. it has several gun ports to allow infantry inside to actively fire out at enemies. Capable of seating 12 WarWolves plus four crewmen and another 6 WarWolves standing.

Backstory: John and his twin sister where born and raised on the fringe world of Chau Sara where their mother and father worked as miners. John Jr took more after his father when it came to mechanics and dealing with machinery while his sister became pretty proficient with mending injuries.
When John was ten years old his father started teaching how to shoot starting with an old revolver that he carried with him at all times. After a few more years he started becoming more proficient with it and started to learn to use other fire arms that his father owned.
When John and Leah turned fifteen tragedy stuck when their father was killed in, what was told to be, a mining accident. Both of them took it really hard though their mother seemed to talk it worse. A few days after hearing what had happened their mother sat them both down and told them who their father really was. Both where in shock on finding out that their father was truly from Earth. She also gave them both items that had belonged to him that he wanted them to have when either they came of age or he passed away. From then on John started to really delve into learning mechanics and tech and when he turned seventeen he enrolled into a Tech program and after that he joined up with the WHC.

Age: 20
Appearance: Stands at 5'9" and weighs approximately 145 pounds. Lean build though some muscle tone is apparent. Hair is kept neck length and is normally kept in a pony tail when working. Hair color is black and eye color is blue. No defining marks or tattoos.

Weapons: 'BlackWOLF' Pistol, UED combat knife (slightly larger than normal combat knifes and has the UED emblem on the hilt), MSW-5, M-114 'Seeker' DMR,
Abilities: Adv. heal, Mini psi-blast (Does more of a stun than anything), Minor telepathy,

When Leah was around 5 years old her father started noticing a few oddities about her, namely how she was able to know what he was about to say or thinking at the moment. He remembered that his late brother had shown similar signs and remembered what the UPL did with him. Not wanting to have his daughter go through something similar or worse he start teaching her what he could about controlling her abilities, most of which he had learn from his brother demonstrating his control over his powers. While the training wasn't the best it did keep wranglers away from her and kept her from drawing to much attention to herself.
When she turned 17 she enrolled in a medical program for a few years before joining the WHC like her brother did.

Appearance: Quarah stands about 5'5" and weighs about 115 pounds. She has lean build. Her skin color is lightly tanned with her hair and fur both being red. In full wolf form she appears as red wolf

Backstory: Last born of a litter of five Quarah was the runt of the litter which led to her being picked on by her older siblings and several other pups her age. As she grew up she didn't grow much stronger or bigger which led to persistent taunts and other forms of being picked on until one day she had enough and tried to take on a larger pup and almost won. Both her and the larger pup where pretty beat up but it got the point across that even though Quarah was smaller than the others didn't mean she couldn't hold her own. After then she found herself preferring the larger weapons and heavier armor in combat.
Once she came of age she went and joined the the WHC and still has issues with people picking or trying to prove their dominance over her.

Appearance: Stands six foot three inches tall while in human form with brown hair and ice blue eyes. Black furred ears and tail. Is a large, Canadian Grey Wolf-type wolf in feral form, with black fur.

Abilities: Silent Movement (Passive)- Has learned to move quietly through extensive training, Sleeping rounds (Passive)-Darts filled with a powerful sleeping solution, used for situations requiring non-lethal take downs or to capture key targets alive, Stunning howl (Feral form only)- Let's out a ferocious howl that stuns weaker enemies with fear and makes stronger willed enemies uneasy, Magnetic Visor- Shifts the visor vision from standard to a magnetic view that allows the identification of weaponized metals.
Backstory: Kiba was born on the Mozan homeworld of Moz in a litter with two brothers and three sisters. With there being three boys and three girls, Kiba was never lonely and he always had a play mate. However, despite this, Kiba only really got along well with one of his sisters, his 'twin', as they came to be called. Kira looked almost identical to him, albeit with a single stripe of white fur down the right side of her face while in feral form, a white colored bang in her human, and was nearly inseparable from him, even when they started school at the age of four. However, that's where their differences showed strongest.
Kiba had an intense interest in more tactical and silent approaches to a combat situation, or even high stress, while his sister liked the big things that went boom. As school went on, Kiba showed more and more interest in joining the WHC as a NightWOLF when he finally came of age. The day he graduated from school he started a customized training regime, focusing on improving stealth and intimidation when necessary, until he was old enough to enlist with the WHC.

Appearance: 5' 10", lithe, short blond hair, piercing blue eyes and boyish good looks.

Backstory: Vilhelm's past before he showed in a WHC recruiting center at the age of 16 is completely unknown. Aside from the almost immaculate dress clothes on the starving young man's back, he had no money and no ID. Even the name he gave, Vilhelm Choskiev, showed up on no records anywhere. A complete and total ghost.

Weapons: M-114 'Seeker' DMR, Mk. 8 'Fang', Black Wolf Pistol and modified MT-8 Xane Combat Blade: has a small battery connected to it (must be changed after a while) when a button is held down on the handle of the knife, sending 100 Amps of electricity through the blade, and anything touching it.
Abilities: Fabrication Turret and Point-Defense drones[2 separate abilities]
Hack - Shoots a program that can hack computers and robotics that use any form of AI
Volt-Grenade- Acts as an EMP, but also electrocutes any biological targets in a 10 meter radius as well.
Backstory: As a child, Echo was always interested with technology, specifically computers and robotics. He was somehow able to understand machines on a personal level, understanding what they need to improve and used resourcefulness to fulfill what is needed of it. When he was 13 he learned about the WHC and saw they had a class of soldiers known as "TechWOLFs" and he knew what his calling was. When he graduated high school at the age of 17, he went to the Vexel Academy of Technology where he majored in Robotics Engineering. Upon graduation he enlisted into the WHC, as a TechWOLF.

I don't have much time at the moment, but I'd like to reserve a Mozan shadowWOLF if it's allowed. And maybe a note with the Mozan lore so I don't fligger up the characterization.

that depends. are you talking about the mono-molecular blade from Mass Effect 3? or from somewhere else? I should have assigned a basic combat knife but forgot about it at the time. thinking of giving the MT-8 Xane.

Until they turn 4 they are raised as what would be a mix of wolf pup and a Terran child. At the age of four they begin their 'schooling' which is more like a mix of military school and a normal terran school.

Backstory: John and his twin sister where born and raised on the fringe world of Chau Sara where their mother and father worked as miners. John Jr took more after his father when it came to mechanics and dealing with machinery while his sister became pretty proficient with mending injuries.
When John was ten years old his father started teaching how to shoot starting with an old revolver that he carried with him at all times. After a few more years he started becoming more proficient with it and started to learn to use other fire arms that his father owned.
When John and Leah turned fifteen tragedy stuck when their father was killed in, what was told to be, a mining accident. Both of them took it really hard though their mother seemed to talk it worse. A few days after hearing what had happened their mother sat them both down and told them who their father really was. Both where in shock on finding out that their father was truly from Earth. She also gave them both items that had belonged to him that he wanted them to have when either they came of age or he passed away. From then on John started to really delve into learning mechanics and tech and when he turned seventeen he enrolled into a Tech program and after that he joined up with the WHC.

Side note: When addressed by his full name he prefers to be called by his fathers last name, Flint.

Appearance: Stands at 5'9" and weighs approximately 145 pounds. Lean build though some muscle tone is apparent. Hair is kept neck length and is normally kept in a pony tail when working. Hair color is black and eye color is blue. No defining marks or tattoos.

Weapons: 'BlackWOLF' Pistol, UED combat knife (slightly larger than normal combat knifes and has the UED emblem on the hilt), MSW-5, M-114 'Seeker' DMR,
Abilities: Adv. heal, Mini psi-blast (Does more of a stun than anything), Minor telepathy,
Backstory: Refer to John's backstory for the majority of the backstory details.
When Leah was around 5 years old her father started noticing a few oddities about her, namely how she was able to know what he was about to say or thinking at the moment. He remembered that his late brother had shown similar signs and remembered what the UPL did with him. Not wanting to have his daughter go through something similar or worse he start teaching her what he could about controlling her abilities, most of which he had learn from his brother demonstrating his control over his powers. While the training wasn't the best it did keep wranglers away from her and kept her from drawing to much attention to herself.
When she turned 17 she enrolled in a medical program for a few years before joining the WHC like her brother did.

Appearance: Quarah stands about 5'5" and weighs about 115 pounds. She has lean build. Her skin color is lightly tanned with her hair and fur both being red. In full wolf form she appears as red wolf

Backstory: Last born of a litter of five Quarah was the runt of the litter which led to her being picked on by her older siblings and several other pups her age. As she grew up she didn't grow much stronger or bigger which led to persistent taunts and other forms of being picked on until one day she had enough and tried to take on a larger pup and almost won. Both her and the larger pup where pretty beat up but it got the point across that even though Quarah was smaller than the others didn't mean she couldn't hold her own. After then she found herself preferring the larger weapons and heavier armor in combat.

Once she came of age she went and joined the the WHC and still has issues with people picking or trying to prove their dominance over her.
