Trouble With Launching

Technical Support
So I'm pretty new to SC2, I bought Wings of Liberty so my account would be upgraded to full. A few weeks later, I can't play it, the "PLAY" button is grayed out. How do I fix this?
Hey wilsondhp!

Can we try running a Scan and Repair on StarCraft II? If it continues, try clearing out the Blizzard Tools Folder and the Cache Folder, and then relaunch the App!

If nothing so far as worked, try reinstalling the Blizzard App.

Sad to say, but none of these solutions worked, I still can't launch the game. Do you think a payment issue is going on?
The error message is graphics device is not available now. Try restarting game. I have checked and my graphics card is optimized for StarCraft II and I have tried reinstalling the game and scanning it for repairs. Nothing works. Please help. I am running Windows 10.
Having same problem since the Windows 10 update. I have tried every suggestions from this and other threads related to loading. Tried reinstalling. Tried all suggestions above. Updated graphics drivers. Verified resolution, frequency, etc. on graphics card.

"Graphics device is not available at this time. Please try starting StarCraft II again or restarting your machine. If the problem persists, for more information consult our support website at http://battle.net/support"

Looking forward to a new suggestion.
I keep trying to hit play in Launcher, when I do, it will load the game but keeps saying either the service is temporarily unavailable or my internet connection is down.

I can select Play Offline but can't do anything from there as I have no custom maps etc.

My internet is clearly working as I posted this? Is everyone on the Americas server experiencing same thing?
Crashed on launch every time.
Hi all!

Apologizes for the delay! Wilsondhp, the issue shouldn't be due to a payment issue. It's hard to say why the play button might be doing that so far, we can see if a selective start up and enabling secondary logon may help. However, if the issue seems to continue, let's gather system files and contact Technical Support.

In regards to the "Graphics device is not available at this time" error, seems to be something else. We can try a few steps to see if these steps may help.

As you are on Windows 10, can we try checking the Xbox Game DVR service? - If you do have the settings option, be sure to disable the game bar and game mode, as well!

We can try deleting the variables file. By default, this should be located in Documents\StarCraft II and delete the variables.txt!

Windowed mode might be a work around.
    1. Open the Launcher and click on the Blizzard Logo at the top-left.
2.Click on Settings > Game Settings.
    3. Find StarCraft II and check "Additional Command Line Arguments."
    4. In the text box, type in -w.

Otherwise, I suspect this might be a driver or monitor issue. Can we check the video drivers the monitors with a dxdiag file? Follow these steps here:
    1. Press Windows Key + R, type in DxDiag and press Enter.
    2. In the window, click Save All Information.
    3. Name the file DxDiag and click Save.

Please paste the DxDiag information in-between the code blocks (</> button). It should look like this:
DxDiag hereThis way it makes it easier to read and keep things lookin' clean!
I am getting the same error message: "Graphics device is not available at this time. Please try starting StarCraft II again or restarting your machine. If the problem persists, for more information consult our support website at http://battle.net/support"

The scan and repair says everything is fine.

Please send through a patch so that all of us can have this fixed.

Thank you.
