Error BLZPTS0000J

I'm getting an error called BLZPTS0000J when I start to download patches for my Korean client.

So am I, and i cannot find a proper thread for it, nor can i find anything when searching battlenet. Can a Blizzard Rep please respond!?

FOUND Solution: Go to C:\ProgramData\Battle.net
Delete all 3 files (Agent, Clent, Setup)
Reopen the SC client getting the error and it should install properly.
After downloading the patch and starting it up it should work.
IF YOU GET A LANGUAGE ERROR CODE (most common in Korean Clients but can happen in ANY)

What you need to do
Quick Read:
Make sure starcraft 2 is not running. Wait a few seconds if you just exited the game.
Change variables to equal the following:
localeidassets=???:
localeiddata=???:

This will ignore region-language check and use whatever is available in the starcraft.exe 's folder it's running from.
