BETA KEY!

General Discussion
Over 7,000 beta invitations were sent out very recently. We look forward to getting as many of you in as quickly as possible over the next few seeks, so sit tight.

BUT

You're Platinum....

Keep in mind that invites sent to players who opt-in are distributed evenly to players across all leagues.

Can you give us a sense of what the number of beta keys compared to the "active player base" is?

It's been like 17k beta keys between waves 3 and 4....but how many active players are there? What's the average chance per person been?

When you say "evenly," do you mean that they will be distributed evenly as a percentage or evenly as a number (2% of X league vs 1000 players from X leage)? Also, does this mean that players from a league a league that has a higher number/percentage of people opt-in will have a lower chance of getting a beta key than a league that has fewer players who opted in?

Just curious.

I'm thinking it's a percentage.

Example if 7000 invites were sent out between the leagues... you can't really send out 1000 invites to the grand master league.

But I'm sure they also don't want to fill the beta with a lot of bronze players. So my guess is a big percentage of the invites are put in for master/diamond, and smaller for GM/the rest.

Just what I would think.
got beta yesterday as well :) suckas.
You guys are lucky. I still need to get my key.
Third wave and I still don't get one =(
They should prioritize those who have played the most WoL this season. We don't need no ladder anxiety Larry's out there.

They said that the amount to play had a bearing on if you got chosen. I find it hard to believe though, a friend of mine, got into beta and he hasn't touched the game for 2 seasons. . . nor does he touch the beta.. and he won't share... then there's those people who get into beta 2x -_-
congratz man have fun. Maybe some day I too will get an invite.
Still no beta key after 4 weeks... this blows.

Your above statement is either wrong or you're terrible at this game.
