I think their cooldown is too long to have any real zone control. They need to half the cooldown, reduce aoe damage to 30, single target damage to 120* and give a mineral cost of producing extra shots IMO.
The only problem I have with the mines is the fact that muta play is just too risky with them.

Not really good for the game though.

I mean Hydra's suck againest Terran.
If muta's are not an option that leaves infestors. ( I hear Swarm hosts aren't that good againest terran) Either way infestation pit is the tech of "choice"

Not really good for the game though.
If it keeps people from quitting then it's pretty good. Yes, as a Terran and Protoss player I have considered quitting over how annoying and just not fun playing against Mutalisks is.
