can we please get updates on this issue ?
We could all try tweeting @DustinBrowder, maybe that will get someones attention.
C'mon Blizzard, we need a fix already! The lack of support on this issue after almost a week is rediculous.
Is it still not fixed?
I'm having the same issue, i can log into NA and chat to friends but i cannot play or download custom games...

SEA works fine...( my account is SEA client)

Please fix this!
How long do you expect us to wait Blizz? How about a response blue..
Yeah I'm still having the same problem with not being able to download new maps or view match history. It's kinda intermittent, sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't.
me 2 and i just bought hots it says i can log client problem and blah blah
It seems once again blizzard is turning its back on SEA players.

I mean I shouldn't have to go through all your suggested solutions to play a game I paid for.

The game worked fine before patch, now I haven't been able to play for 2 weeks.
I changed my DNS to the google settings and am still unable to play quick match.
3 Days and no fix.

Thanks for reminding Australians how much you appreciate their business.

No local wow servers...check
No local d3 servers...check
No access to NA servers...check.
Does anyone know how long this will take to get fixed?
I decided to try change my dns settings, even tho alot of people had no success and it worked!

I can play now =D
I am in north america and it is telling me I am in the wrong region and asks me if I am using the correct client. So?
Tried the 4 suggested methos to try to fix the region issue with no luck

Please help!

Been a week and still no fix for this issue.
Lets do this for 1 week. FORGET ABOUT THE EXPACK AND FIX THIS GAME!!! Lets look at the cost you are trying to make us pay. $75 AUS ( Not US but AUS ) So how do you even try and explain that?

Why the frag would we even shell out $75 or even $50 AUS for the expack when your SC2 is failing all over the shot. All i see now is blizzard is the new EA games... What is the next tittle you will bring out this year?? Another expack for WoW or is it going to be D3? Fast cash crap program..
Fix SC2... Some of us won't pre order the expack some of us will not ever get the expack due to this game not being able to play right. You took away hosting maps. So this means we have to connect to blizzard to get a map. ( Yet another way to jump on cash??? Want a map to be promoted? Pay us! )

If WoW goes down for a 1 day you fix the issue within 2 to 3 days MAX. SC2 was like that... Till now.

This is just disgusting. How can a global company care so little about a specific part of their client base? I appreciate the suggestions of changing DNS etc etc, but it's been expressed by the majority of people that it didn't help them. How can you guys just be ok with us not being able to play the game for almost 2 weeks, and not even give us an update.

Phuk HOTS. Phuk the way we get treated. Shove Sc2, HOTS and any other pathetic excuse for a game you try to make straight up where the sun don't shine.
Blizzard can we PLEASE get some kind of an update as to why we cannot use parts of matchmaking, custom games, and arcade mode? We haven't heard back from you in quite awhile and it would be nice to know that we are not being ignored...
Wrong region fix please!!
Now I cant play quick match(sometimes cant login) in Japan. Fix this issue or payback please.
