Authorized Language Pack

Technical Support
Hi, whenever I log in I get the message, "You need an authorized language pack from Blizzard..". I've tried the solution which has you going into the variables document and changing the language to enUS and I've also tried the "???-" workaround, but neither of them do it for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi ChrisVee, if you've ever tried a Beta or PTR version of StarCraft II, try deleting that folder.

I'd also delete the Battle.net cache, as well as the Blizzard Entertainment folder.

I"ve never tried a beta or PTR version of SCII.
I don't seem to have agent.exe under the process tab. I actually did stumble upon the "Blizzard Entertainment" step and did that yesterday. I tried it again today and the folder was there again. but deleting it still leads to the same ol' language pack error. :/
Also deleted the Battle.net cache but still no progress.
What are your current lines in the Variable.txt file?

Mine show:
localeidassets=??
localeiddata=??

Mine have enUS on the end of both. I'll try changing to yours and see if that works..
No, still have the same error message after changing both to what you have :(
Let's try deleting the Variables.txt file altogether.

Can you also post some computer information from the Direct X Diagnostic Tool (dxdiag)?

After you've created the dxdiag report file, open it up, and copy and paste everything, except for the last section:
------------------
DirectShow Filters
------------------

After you paste everything into a post, highlight everything, and hit the "pre" button (It says "Code Blocks" when you hover your mouse over it). That'll make the information much more readable.

Hey,can you tell me if the issue was resolved?
Were any particular method used?
Nope, the issue still hasn't been resolved. Guess I have to make a ticket with Blizzard. :/
They told me to uninstall and reinstall my game and now my account seems to be gone. I can still see it on here, complete with all my achievements and match history, but it's gone when I log in to the game now. :/

One problem after the other..
Yeah,as I've recently discovered, account data and forum profile data(battletag in account) are separate from the Starcraft licenses on that account. For ex., i only have starter edition on this account,but can play it with my old char from my transferred Starcraft 2 version.

Have you tried to move or erase starcraft 2 user folder(the one in your Documents) entirely,btw?That's the only thing that could bungle up profile data on your side that i could think of.You already cleared battle.net cache.
