The maruders/hellbats/medivac question

So the new maruders/hellbats/medivac looks op.

Basically does it make those banelings/roaches useless and forces the zerg to go mutas?
In TvZ its an excellent timing attack that aims to do heavy damage to the zerg and trade army efficiently before the mutalisks pop at around 10-12 min (unless theyre rushing)
Strong TvP also in the midgame. Force plenty of stalkers thru hellbat drops (thus forcing a stalker/colossi heavy comp), then produce enough vikings to deal with the colossi. Also, super tanky.and can eat storms/colossi shots much better than m/m
It's how I open TvZ now, if the Z all-ins, it's nearly insta-win.

pretty much

if they go for roach/bane, they will be stuck on it for a while

and if you see nothing but lings for defense then you know for sure to expect mutas, though they will likely loose a 3rd in the process so its win-win
