cant search ranked games

since today the matchmaker searches for less than a second and then it says ''An error occurred while trying to find a match. (Error 3:15)
help pls
Hey, P0tnik! Have you tried a new profile to test if that one may work instead? Please do not delete or rename the profile. If the new profile does work, this is likely related to an on-going issue, here.

If it persists on a new profile, try closing background applications and temporarily disable security applications. Please gather a traceroute test and dxdiag files.
    1. Press Windows Key + R, type in DxDiag and press Enter.
    2. In the window, click Save All Information.
    3. Name the file and click Save.
    4. Please copy and paste the DxDiag information in-between the code blocks (</> button).
    It should look like this.
