Technical Support

Oct 4, 2012 Forum Guidelines & Information Welcome to the Technical Support forum for World of Warcraft. This forum exists to provide World of Warcraft customers with a place to discuss technical issues with each other and Blizzard Tech Support staff members. While Blizzard Tech Support staff regularly monitors and replies to this forum (between 7am-8pm Pacific, 7 days a week), it is not meant as a place to resolve complex issues, because of the nature of forums. If you cannot resolve your issue through the forum, we recommend checking our Knowledge Center for resolutions and workarounds for common issues. If you wish to contact our Support team directly, you may do so here: Contact Blizzard Support - You can keep track of all your communication with Customer Support through your Battle.net account. Please keep all posts on topic. This means technical issues, advice, and discussion of technical issues. Bug reports should be directed to the bug report forums. Game discussions, criticism, or commentary should be posted in the appropriate gameplay forums. When requesting assistance with or discussion an issue, please create your own thread unless a topic for the issue already exists. Do not hijack threads with your new topic. Posting an issue which is similar but different from the original topic means that your request may be missed or the original request ignored. Please post a subject with a clear summary of your issue. Starting posts with "I need help!" or "Can't play no matter what" only serves to make your issue harder to resolve. We understand that emotions can run high while dealing with technical issues, but posting in an abusive or disparaging manner will not be tolerated, and does not advance our goal of providing assistance to the widest audience of customers in this forum. Please do not post direct contact info for other companies. It is acceptable to post links to websites where contact info can be found, but posting the information here on the forum is not permitted. To provide feedback on a ticket or customer support response you have received, please utilize the survey system built in-game or on the online ticket. We hope that this forum can continue to be a place where users can find quick resolutions to their issues. To help do this we ask that the forum guidelines be observed at all times when contributing to discussions.Medearn2 Oct 4, 2012
Oct 29 User Tips and Tricks Players often find unique tricks to improve performance, stability, or security, ultimately leading to a more enjoyable game experience. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to effectively communicate such tips to the WoW community. The purpose of this thread is to provide a home for such information that may otherwise be lost in the void. This compilation is the successor to the previous User Tips and Tricks thread: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/933154288 The guidelines are largely unchanged to help ensure relevance and to keep the topic clutter-free. ... Dec 26, 2013 Patching and Installation Troubleshooting Patching and installation issues are some of the more common issues that we come across in the Tech Support Forums. This thread will highlight some troubleshooting steps that have been proven to resolve most of the patching and installation issues that you as a player may encounter. Most of the support articles linked below will include steps for both, Windows and Mac systems. However, if you require further assistance with a Mac Installation or Patching issue that has not been mentioned in this sticky thread, you will want to post in our Mac Technical Support Forum. Nov 10 Stutter/Freeze when first logging into a character Been having a strange occurrence after the legion invasion patch. Every time I log in for the first time (Enter World), about 12 seconds will pass till my game freezes for about 2 seconds, unfreeze, then freeze again for another second, then the game is fine afterwards. This only happens on the first log in, switching to other characters does not have this issue. It's not game breaking but if it's a fixable problem I would like to do so. Tried selective startup, rename wtf/interface/cache folders, disable all addons, repair tool, and lowering graphics to 1, no success.Slash415 Nov 10
15m Huge loading screen wait time as of 7.1 Always had quick load times before this patch. Now it seems to take a minute to load, at minimum, though has taken up to 5+ minutes twice, which both times I just gave up and walked away from my computer. Do I need to clear a cache or something? EDIT: 10/28 Blizz replied once with the usual copypasted response that helped no one. Problem doesn't seem to be going away, even after server restarts. Lots of people having this issue, but still no new response from Blizzard on the thread. I tweeted @BlizzardCS and got this in response: ... 12h CenturyLink/Level3 AS Peer Packet Loss/Latency Hi - I've pinged BlizzardCS on Twitter a couple times and I have a ticket open with CenturyLink support that was escalated to the NOC in Minnesota. They are telling me that with the information that I provided, the issue is at the AS Peer where they send traffic to Level3 and they cannot resolve the issue. They have informed me that they reached out to the peering partner, the ticket is escalated with L3 and they haven't seen any movement or response for some time. I am seeing latency when I join groups to raid or do dugeons, that spikes most nights from 56 normally (home latency stays at that) but the world latency goes from 56 to between 600 and 6000. I see freezing, people running in place sometimes for as long as 30 seconds before it moves again, and this repeats every few seconds. This prevents casting, avoiding mechanics or anything else. Usually the freezes are 3-10 seconds, but sometimes much longer and never more than about 10 seconds without a complete freeze. I see that there is packet loss at this host on the edge of CL's network, but I have no way to check the UDP packet loss. los-brdr-01.inet.qwest.net The host above is the AS peer to get onto the L3 network per the ticket from CL. BlizzardCS has not responded to the last two messages I've sent on twitter asking for help yet. I am hoping that someone can help from Blizzards side as my ISP has said this is out of their control (it appears to be the case as well) and they are not getting any movement from the people at L3. I am happy to provide tracerts or any other information, but the game literally is unplayable in the current state. This issue has been going on since about mid July, but was only 1 night a week or less, however, now this is occurring every night for hours at a time. I have been forced to try to tether to my cellphone and play on that connection in order to game. This is INFURIATING.Pwnerheals516 12h

50m Patch 7.1 - Graphics Glitches and Artifacting Hello gang! We've seen reports from players that, following today's Return to Karazhan patch, they are experiencing strange graphics glitches in-game, similar to wild textures flying about or exploding off character models. It doesn't seem to be alleviated by running a different video driver, and various models of GPUs are affected. This is currently under investigation, but in the meantime, running the game in 32-bit mode serves as a workaround. To launch World of Warcraft in 32-bit mode from the Battle.net App Launcher: 1. Open the Battle.net App Launcher 2. Select World of Warcraft 3. Click Options 4. Select Game Settings on the left 5. Check "Launch 32-bit client (Instead of 64-bit)" 6. Click Done Best of luck in your adventures :)Metalagon82 50m
Aug 4 Windows 10 Anniversary update and Error 132 We have been seeing reports with World of Warcraft crashing with error 132 after updating Windows 10 to the Anniversary update that came out on August 2. Many of these crashes look to be caused by the Game DVR in Windows 10 being enabled. Please try the steps below for disabling it: Search for "Xbox" and open the Xbox app (You will need to log into your Microsoft Account. Once open, click on the settings option on the left (Cog Wheel). Click the slider for the game DVR to turn if off. If disabling the game DVR does not resolve the issue, please also ensure that your graphics drivers are up to date: NVIDIA video cards AMD video cards Intel video cards After that, you're still experiencing error 132 crashes please create a new post with a DXdiag attached or contact customer support. DxDiag: 1) Press Windows Key + R. 2) Type DxDiag and press Enter. 3) In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information. 4)Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save 5) Paste the DXdiag into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the "pre" button (It says "Code Blocks" when you hover your mouse over it). That'll make the information much more readable.Eloemaz0 Aug 4
Jul 20 Battle.net App Continuously Scans Game Files Hey everyone, We've noticed reports of an issue where the Battle.net app will get stuck trying to scan & repair over and over again. This is an issue we've been tracking and investigating internally but have had difficulty reproducing; however, we have a potential workaround that should help to fix the looping scan & repair. 1. Navigate to the World of Warcraft\Data\data folder. By default WoW is installed to C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\ 2. Once at this location delete all the *.idx files found there. (Please note that you should NOT delete the data.### files.) 3. Also delete the CASCRepair.mrk file. 4. After deleting those files run scan & repair again. 5. If done correctly, the repair should fix the files and the build. After this you should no longer see the scan & repair loop. We've seen some users "fix" this by uninstalling and reinstalling the game which also deletes the *.idx files. We understand that reinstalling isn't an ideal solution though. We are working on a fix for the root cause of this issue that we will release with a future update for the Battle.net app.Byromern0 Jul 20
4m 2-5 Minute Load Times Hello, After patch 7.1.5 my load times have gone from about 30 seconds to between 4 and 5 minutes. I can reproduce this when logging in, hearthing, taking a portal or reloading my UI. This is a problem because it is a prohibitively long reload time for doing add-on development. It is also a problem because it has caused me to miss things like ready checks and queue pops. 10m Latency and Disconnections Related to Modems with Puma 6 Chipset Yes, it may be your modem. Problems with high latency, frequent disconnections, lost packets, and unusual behavior with your gameplay such as characters running in place and spells not completing, etc. may be the result of the Intel Puma 6 chipset in your modem. Here is a partial list of affected modems: Arris SB6190 Arris TG1672G Arris TM1602 Super Hub 3 (Arris TG2492LG) (commonly - virgin media) Hitron CGN3 / CDA / CGNV series modems: Hitron CDA-32372 Hitron CDE-32372 Hitron CDA3-35 Hitron CGNV4 Hitron CGNM-3552 (commonly - Rogers) Hitron CGN3 (eg CGN3-ACSMR) 2013 link Hitron CGNM-2250 (commonly - Shaw) Linksys CM3024 Linksys CM3016 TP-Link CR7000 Netgear AC1750 C6300 AC1900 Netgear CM700 Telstra Gateway Max (Netgear AC1900 / C6300) (Australia) 2014 link. Cisco DPC3848V (eg »High latency/ping to Shaw router? ) Cisco DPC3941B / DPC3941T (commonly - Comcast Xfinity XB3) Cisco DPC3939 Compal CH7465-LG / Arris TG2492LG (commonly - Virgin Media Hub 3) Samsung "Home Media Server" Discussion and tools can be found here: https://www.dslreports.com/forum/r31122204-SB6190-Puma6-TCP-UDP-Network-Latency-Issue-Discussion I have been troubleshooting my equipment for weeks trying to determine the cause of a some very unusual behavior with the game. I, like many others, thought it was a bug in the program with this last patch. Now, by the process of elimination, it looks like my Arris SB6190 is the source. It works perfectly when replaced by my older Motorola SB6120. My research brought me to the link posted above. My apologies to Blizzard.Dorisse7 10m
17m Can't connect to Battle.net CDN (workaround: run Fiddler) It's been a few days since I last started WoW. So, today, I wanted to turn it on to start new artifact research, and it turns out that there's an update (which there *always* seems to be), but this time, I can't receive it. When I click "Update", it says "Initializing" for a while, then eventually says "Fetching CDN configuration", then stops and shows an error in the middle of the screen, saying "We're having a problem transferring data. Please check your internet connection just in case and try again." Here's a screenshot: http://lex.clansfx.co.uk/dump/8f37c2c986abbbb6ab397a533758280b/00000685.png I've tried "Scan and Repair", I obviously have an internet connection, and I was able to play just a few days ago. What changed? Well, WoW must have. What's going on? Please let me just log in. This is a paid subscription. If I can't play it, please give me a refund. Edit: I tried deleting "C:\ProgramData\Battle.net" and "C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment", then running Battle.net (which then updated itself) and relocating my WoW folder, and that didn't work either. Exact same issue as described above in the end.Bujushaman132 17m
28m Continuous Disconnection Hi, recently I've been getting nothing but disconnects whenever I get on to do anything. Usually I get the error WOW51900319. Is there anything that I can do in order to fix the connection? It gets really annoying to be getting disconnected the moment I get on. Thanks.Phiru2 28m

48m Lag Spikes So, I've responded to several posts about this, but I'll just create my own. I had 1-2% packet loss with my ISP. I ran a constant 24/7 ping tool to verify and it was (finally) fixed. However, I still get lag spikes with WoW. Sometimes it's when doing something like fighting a world boss, sometimes it's in a Mythic+ and sometimes it's just doing WQ. What usually happens is everyone and everything else just runs in place for a while (1-30 seconds) and then everything goes in fast time to catch up to the present. I've noticed that my world ping will shoot up over 1k (and just not spiked to over 14k after loading in to Valdisdall). Here are my ping stats for the past hour: Target Name: 24.105.30.129 IP: 24.105.30.129 Date/Time: 1/14/2017 7:58:08 PM - 1/14/2017 8:58:08 PM Hop Sent PL% Min Max Avg Host Name / [IP] 1 3600 0 0.24 15.03 1.13 10.0.0.1 [10.0.0.1] 2 3599 100 0 0 0 [-] 3 3600 0 8.96 123.36 16.04 96-34-114-245.static.unas.tx.charter.com [96.34.114.245] 4 3600 0 9.51 126.49 16.08 crr21ftwotx-bue-5.ftwo.tx.charter.com [96.34.112.52] 5 3600 0 10.12 109.07 20.35 crr02ftwotx-bue-4.ftwo.tx.charter.com [96.34.112.70] 6 3600 0 11.90 119.11 20.60 bbr02dllstx-bue-1.dlls.tx.charter.com [96.34.2.34] 7 3600 0 12.27 123.80 20.44 bbr01dllstx-bue-3.dlls.tx.charter.com [96.34.0.18] 8 3600 0 35.92 160.06 44.28 bbr01blvlil-bue-805.blvl.il.charter.com [96.34.0.16] 9 3600 0 37.05 157.52 47.90 bbr01olvemo-bue-3.olve.mo.charter.com [96.34.0.14] 10 3600 0 50.68 167.27 60.67 bbr02chcgil-bue-2.chcg.il.charter.com [96.34.0.12] 11 3600 0 50.18 186.81 57.11 prr01chcgil-bue-4.chcg.il.charter.com [96.34.3.11] 12 3600 0 42.65 164.94 49.92 eqix-ix-ch1.blizzard.com [206.223.119.85] 13 3600 0 74.07 187.28 81.33 37.244.1.33 [37.244.1.33] 14 3600 0 73.84 182.28 80.80 24.105.31.52 [24.105.31.52] 15 3600 0 74.37 194.08 82.02 24.105.30.129 [24.105.30.129] Note that the 14k world ping occurred during the above hour of testing. I have followed the steps in Network Card modification, proxy setup, etc. I'm not a network guru but I know the basics of it and this just seems strange. I'm not seeing any CPU/Memory/Disk spikes (it's running on an SSD) and no other application suffers. My wife also experiences high lag spikes when playing, though she's on wireless, and I'm directly wired in.Putnesca1 48m
1h Unplayable Framerate since 7.1.5 patch Since the most recent patch I've been experiencing frame drops down to as low as 11fps, just to sometimes jump back to 60fps, and then even out at around 20-25 until it drops into the teens again. I've tried every potential fix so far, reinstalled graphics drivers, removed Geforce Experience, rolled drivers back to older versions. Scanned and repaired WoW, dropped graphics settings as low as they go, ran the game without the Battle.net app open, reset UI, cleared cache as many times as possible, ran the game with entirely fresh cache/WTF/Interface folders. This problem also doesn't just happen in Dalaran, but it's most noticeable there. I tried raiding with my guild last night and it got so bad I had to leave, that's when I tried dropping my graphics settings as low as they go. I've spoken to a GM on the issue and they spoke to technical support during that chat and had essentially exhausted ideas for what to do. I'm concerned I won't have a spot on my guilds raid team with Nighthold opening just a day from now because of these issues. Here's the DXDiag, MSinfo will be up later when I get home and can get the file from my computer. ------------------ System Information ------------------ Time of this report: 1/14/2017, 16:44:01 Machine name: ANTHONY-PC Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_rtm.101119-1850) Language: English (Regional Setting: English) System Manufacturer: MSI System Model: MS-7693 BIOS: BIOS Date: 05/12/15 15:30:43 Ver: 04.06.05 Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor (8 CPUs), ~4.0GHz Memory: 16384MB RAM Available OS Memory: 16332MB RAM Page File: 3785MB used, 28877MB available Windows Dir: C:\Windows DirectX Version: DirectX 11 DX Setup Parameters: Not found User DPI Setting: Using System DPI System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent) DWM DPI Scaling: Disabled DxDiag Version: 6.01.7601.17514 32bit Unicode ------------ DxDiag Notes ------------ Display Tab 1: No problems found. 1h Subtlety Rogue In Order Hall Hi earlier I was playing wow and decided to practice some moves on the training dummies in Dalaran, however, everytime I shadow striked, I got teleported out of Dalaran, after 2 tries, I decided to exit game and relog, how ever, when I did that, the game suddenly had an error telling me the application encountered a critical error and asked me to terminate something. Also, I don't know if this is connected, but earlier in the morning, I was also playing on my DK, and I kept disconnecting from the game while everything else worked fine.Yaboku0 1h
1h Comcast disconnects, please someone help us Please help us Comcast users play for longer than 5 minutes. There are multiple posts of people using Comcast who constantly get disconnected from your game. Please help us figure out why. It happens to multiple computers with multiple operating systems in my house. So it's not computer related. I haven't been able to do a WQ without disconnecting. I can't even start to do a dungeon or raid. I want to play, I want to continue giving you my money, but if I can't play 5 minutes without a disconnect what is the point? I've died so many times from disconnecting on a bird and coming back in midair I can't count them on both hands and feet. I have tried the comcast wifi, my own wifi, and hard wired none of them are better than the others. It happens on windows 10, it happens on MacOS. Please help me play.Buntd3 1h
1h Loading Screens Ridiculous as of 7.1.5 It all started in 7.1... loading screens became something that put you to the edge of your nerves because all of a sudden they increased exponentially to minutes to not loading at all to DCs. Getting kicked for being offline/afk on a freshly filled group was always good too. I've tried SET worldPreloadNonCritical “0”, Changing my Bnet settings, disabling addons, doing the old cache trick, but to no avail. So I stuck with the crappy slow loading screens and made sure i got in the instances early. Now 7.1.5 has hit this week, and it sure didn't get ANY better. Now when I enter any Legion dungeon with a group my loading screen completes and then I get a wow error upon entering the dungeon. I clear my cache, log in, loading screen goes to about 5%, then my cursor indicates that the loading screen is stuck, and then nothing. So I quit my wow after 15 min and tried again, clearing my cache, and after 4 minutes I logged in, kicked out of my group yet again. I have to give warnings to my groups to let me zone in... why Blizz? Before these patches, like many others, my loading screens took but a few seconds. Just wanted to post this here for others to relate to, since there is no solution yet.Shroomsdude8 1h
2h Crippling fps issues Does anyone perchance have any suggestions to fix issues of unplayably bad fps when raiding? The game runs smooth as butter in every single aspect of the game besides raiding, but as soon as I zone into a raid with other people my fps falls to 10ish, and as soon as combat starts I'm lucky to get higher than 4. I'm playing on a fairly old laptop, and my finances don't allow replacing it or upgrading it, since I flat-out cannot justify spending money on computer-related things when I don't even have a car. I've turned every single graphics effect as low as possible (I run Skyrim on ultra, so I'm dubious if graphic effects can even be a culprit), I've tried with and without windowed mode, I've turned off every addon except the most necessary (bartender and DBM) and nothing has made an impact. I'm reinstalling WoW as a last-ditch effort, but I'm sadly gonna have to let my subscription expire if I can't fix this issue :( Anyone have any suggestions I haven't tried yet, or am I SoL?Metalwrath1 2h
4h Disconnects have to be Blizzard side It seems that many, many people are experiencing frequent disconnects, however nothing seems to be getting fixed. People, including myself have tried everything, even reinstalled WoW(twice). Blizzard seems to be skating around this issue by blaming the problem on the customers instead of admitting the problem is on their end. I have been playing WoW since it's release, and I think that Legion is the best expac since BC, but I have never seen as many "technical" issues or DC's until the last couple patches(even when they were DDos attacked multiple times over the years). Anyhow, If anyone else has been enlightened with some breakthrough information they would like to share, many of us are waiting with baited breath to hear it! Thanks for reading...Iiluminati2 4h
4h Instance not Found: Anyone else getting this today? There are some cases where I have had to use portals 2-5 times to get to where I am going, and there have been scenarios when I have been on a Flight Master Gryphon and suddenly dropped from the air. If not for my crackerjack timing and a couple Goblin Gliders I'd be dead. ..Again.Ilius2 4h
4h Holding right click to turn behavior is off I'm posting here because ever since the patch, I'm having trouble turning my character/camera (simultaneously, you know what I mean) by holding down right click and moving the mouse. It seems like when I hold the right clicker, it's "letting go" every second or two. Does anyone else have this problem? I don't have another mouse to use so it could be just my mouse, but I've never had this problem before. Anyone?Soliouss2 4h
4h Discs 'n such Hey, so i'm having a slight issue with Installing Legion. I already bought the disc-version of it with a Authentification key and all that, problem is my computer has no disc player on it, Question is, is can I just put in the verification key and be good?Sueiside1 4h
4h dalaran lag it's really bad. worse than it was in WOTLK. please look into this, I know i'm not the only one having issues everytime I am in dalaran. no problems elsewhere.Prodoom0 4h
7h Connecting and disconnection issues I am having issues in game, and getting back into the game. Once in, if I join a dungeon group, I get disconnected and cannot reconnect until kicked from group. I also have issues connecting to the servers. Anyone else having issues?Inkredybull3 7h

7h *Bug* Resto Shaman Artifact Quest *Bug* After completing the part of the Restoration Shaman artifact quest to acquire Sharas'dal, I entered a dungeon. Upon completing the dungeon I was bought back to the instance for the artifact quest and cannot complete the quest. It wants me to return to the Maelstrom, but doing it through the portal in Dalaran doesn't complete the objective, and rerunning the quest doesn't work because you can't pick up the artifact twice. Quest cannot be abandon, so now I'm stuck with it.Illidwarfy1 7h

10h Green Lines around Interact-able Objects I've been having an issue where I see flickering green lines around NPCs and other interact-able objects at very specific camera angles, especially while the NPC is highlighted. 11h Frequent Disconnects from server since Sept '16 Hello. Long-time WoW veteran here. Played off and on since 2006 on laptops, desktops, wifi, hard-wired. I am encountering a unique bug since ~September 2016 which is driving me nuts, and I will eventually have to quit unless it can be resolved. I get disconnected a lot (wow error 51900319). Sometimes every 30 minutes. Sometimes every few hours. But it always happens. I can usually type my password and get back in fairly quickly (5-30 seconds), but it makes Mythic+ and raiding basically impossible. Even dungeons and questing become a frustrating mess. EDIT: I do not lag before the disconnect. It just happens suddenly and without any warning. I thought it was because I moved to a new house in September. Maybe old wiring? I spoke with Comcast and they sent technicians twice. First, they replaced a bunch of wiring and connectors outside by the pole. Second, they replaced the wires leading into the house into my room. Still getting disconnected. Troubleshooting: Comcast wire replacements (above) Power cycled modem/router Release and renew IP and flushed DNS Disabled proxy settings Deleted cache interface reload ui etc... Updated all add-ons Updated all drivers Set Blizzard Client to close once the game starts running Closed other background applications Details: Comcast Hardwired ethernet. NOT WIFI. Custom PC, been using/playing WoW for years (Windows 7) Most often, I don't get punted out of Vent/Mumble and have no issues loading websites. Rarely, though, I get punted out of Vent/Mumble and can't load a website on my browser. Like the other cases, these re-connect fairly quickly. My wifi always seems to stay up. (Unfortunately, my PC does not have a wireless card, but hardwired should be better, anyhow...) The lights on my router always stay on. TPLink TC-W7960, brand new in September, compatible with Comcast.Siswai10 11h

12h Shadowplay Keyboard Input Problem I recently started using Shadowplay to capture footage. I noticed a problem with World of Warcraft specifically. Sometimes my movement key presses are ignored. It only registers some of the time. For example sometimes I will push the key (WASD or QE) and it will work, but other times it does nothing even though I'm holding down the key. This ONLY happens when I'm in a recording using Shadowplay. It's a very odd problem and as far I could search I haven't seen anyone else having this problem. Also I'd like to note that when I'm holding down left click or right click on my mouse for the free view camera in game it doesn't do this. All key presses work 100% of the time or when Shadowplay is sitting in the background. ONLY when I hit record. It doesn't do this for any of the past recording software i've used (Bandicam, OBS, DxTory). I really would like to use Shadowplay due to it not affecting my framerate as I record 60fps. I actually noticed it happens when I push any key including my spells. It appears that holding down left or right click is the only way for me to make sure a key will be pushed otherwise it's a 50/50 chance of the key registering that it's being pressed.Grannyfidder10 12h

13h Extreme FPS drops in Dalaran Hello WoW community, I've got my system to update WoW Successfully. So now I'm noticing since my return to the world of Azeroth in patch 7.1, is that my game lags when I'm in the new Dalaran. I have all of my settings on low and the only thing I added was the fix in the wtf.config folder that stops my game from taking long load times. But even before that, new Dalaran lagged bad for me. Has anyoen else experiencing FPS drops in the New Dalaran? When my settings are on low, I have about an average of 50FPS, but sometimes I would drop to 6-17FPS, then things spike back up to the normal settings.Lionstrike1 13h

15h Lagging problems? Hello, For a few days now I have had trouble with consistent lagging. It's becoming so bad that I can barely play the game. It will freeze for a few seconds and then go back to lagging and I can't go to a capital city because it takes me 5 minutes just to walk 10 feet. Is anyone else having trouble with lag? This started around the last update.Hörror7 15h
15h Camera sensitivity too high im having an issue where randomly in game the camera turn speed will ramp up for no reason (not the mouse as it happens with 3 different mice i own of different brands) making it so my camera will spin like 360 degrees or even more at the slightest movement of the mouse with right click held down. This seems to happen at random and only reverts if shut the game down and re-open it. Very frustrating when it happens in the middle of a raid or boss fight.Dark6 15h
15h 7.1.5 Mouse Acceleration FUBAR Hey all, Ever since 7.1.5 hit, mouse look has gone completely fubar. Turning is a complete mess for me since the patch hit. It appears to be an issue with mouse acceleration. Moving the mouse at a slow constant speed, my character will start to turn slowly then suddenly turn very quickly out of nowhere. What ever happened to the "Hardware Cursor" option? I much prefer the old settings to this new BS. Is there a way to disable acceleration and just allow the mouse to handle speed?Juan7 15h
15h Strange World Latency Spikes So I've been having this problem now for awhile where I'll be playing everything is normal and then boom my world goes up to 500ms+ and it just keeps on rising. So that I happens I flush my dns, power cycle my modem, release/renew ip, and then its back to normal but it never just stays that way it always ends up spiking for some unknown reason. Below is the MTR for my server and nothing appears to be wrong and yet at the time I did the MTR my world latency was sitting around 900ms. MTR: HOST: Blizzard Loss% Snt Last Avg Best Wrst StDev 1. There are a few NPCs, but other than that I'm alone in these zones, they are empty, where once hundreds, now just me?
