I've tanked a Mythic once. ONCE. And that was just to finish the Alliance Storyline in the Siege of Boralus. And since then I've not touched mythic. Mob density is insane and judging how Classes are so screwed in design, as well as specific specializations (Protection Warrior) is just go gimped.. I've just not touched it at all. I've gotten geared through nothing but world quests and Warfronts. This game has become such a welfare grab for gear. No real need for work when easier content is in place for easy rewards.
