One can assume WoW numbers are down and every other game is doing well.That's usually how it goes, and I doubt it changed this time.

I wish they'd just add stuff to the game without attaching a phrase or a label to it for the sake of social media.You know, like how it used to be.

The way I see it is Legion will be fun at first, and we'll be happy to be done with WoD.Eventually it will slip into that "well, game is kinda meh again" point. But hell, I think the $50 is worth it considering it translates into hundreds of hours of entertainment. I've spent $50 on much, much less.

I was 14 when WoW came out and I've played it from day 1. I can say from experience that you are at the age where video game addiction is very easy to fall victim to. WoW took over my life for awhile, when I was in high school. It wasn't a big deal until I started college when I was 18. Just don't let it take over.

Not showing sub numbers for WoW is the perfect solution for them.Think about it, as a whole their games are doing incredibly well. Because of this decision, they never, ever have to admit that WoW is on a decline. Thus, they can do whatever they want with content patches and expansions because "they are doing well as a company."They can also hide behind "WoW is still the #1 subscription-based MMORPG on the market" because World of Warcraft was successful for so long, that many people still hold on to it.

Back when Reckoning (Paladin single target taunt) came out in Wrath, it did a small amount of damage, typically 10-30.But the peculiar thing about it was, it did damage through immunities. Not a lot of people knew this.But it was quite funny killing other Paladins and Mages who bubbled/blocked at extremely low HP.
