Silver-moon exodaurthat area behind stratholm.portals between citys are a mess Why cant we have contests to finish these i know plenty of people who are willing and able to do such.You don't even have to have a complicated prize you could offer game time. Heck just having your material in the game would be enough for some.If you need proof the quality of fan made material look no farther than skyrim nexus the fans have made dozens of times more material than the original game.

Speed test basically says you can accept 30mbs. This doesn't mean that blizzard can give you 30mbs.also 4-5 mbs download from any application is not slow, most people i know cant get more than 1.5 on most things.try a little patience.
