I admittedly run with a ilvl 360 disc in our guild--no Mythic experience yet just heroic Uldir. MW and rduids in our heroic uldir runs do 20-24k hps. It's really not so much that it's a difficult spec to play, moreso that it takes longer to learn how to play it well compared to other healers. That's because it's not quite as 'pick up and go' as your average reactive healer; you have to learn how and when to prepare atonements prior to damage occuring, when to DPS vs direct healing, and correct timing to ramp up atonements in a raid setting.But once you know the basics and get a good feel for it, it's not that hard at all, it just takes a bit pf practice!~Lil

Honestly, I am not concerned about the changes. Considering how easy it is for me to surpass other healers in most of the Heroic fights, I'll take the cut happily. As much as it's always guilty fun being the OP healer (WoD Disc I am looking at you ;)), I'd be thrilled to see some real balance between the healer specs.
