Sorry to say that it's been reported since the beginning of MoP 2012. It's probably falling on deaf ears. Alteast you can now blink out if the orgrimmar auction house and not get stuck at the stairs.

I used to have 1 piece of atiesh on my priest. After our GM didn't show for raid in naxx one night. I was honored to be voted next to get it, unfortunatley BC was announced and everyone quit after 1 boss from 4 horseman and decided it wasn't worth the time to get the many tanks needed for 4 horseman and gear them so taunt doesn't resist.

Rep gating/grinding has been around since Vanilla, it's a major part of WoW.

Just think of WoW as a Jenga puzzle, ever since Cataclysm they've been pulling out pieces of content. It's going to fall, it's inevitable.
