All they need to do to balance high dot damage over multiple targets is have the dot damage start really high and it decrease a certain % as you add more targets. This could even be a ST talent to replace SWD that should become baseline. +20% dot damage but is reduced by 5% for each additional target capping at 0%. Tune the numbers but I am kind of surprised this was never done to fix our cleave dot damage.

Do you want all of our ST in one row? Then you have to choose between SWD and ToF when we need both. Do you want dark void and shadow crash on the same row? Then in AOE we can't use both.

Why would you choose void torrent over mind bender? Has anyone tested the damage difference? It would be nice if VT did a heavy dps increase over mind bender since you have to stay channeled and mind bender is well ... a "mindless" ability. Press and forget.

I posted about this in the Item and Class form the other day and got the reply (from a player) "it is for pvp". I am thinking.. but I got this through PVE.I had a 355 robe with two dps traits as options for holy. Then I got a 370 cache and got the same robe. Good for pvp or questing I assume but useless for pushing PVE content. Just another display of how undercooked azerite system is. I just off spec holy so not a big deal but if I was pushing PVE in that spec and I got that I would be very disappointed instead of slightly annoyed.

Reports on PTR is you can extend shadow form by a few more seconds. Doesn't this conflict with devs statement "Make Voidform matter more, make staying in Voidform longer matter more, and give the player more agency over extending its duration"I mean these things can be tweaked further, and should be, but I think many of us fear this is basically peak of fixes we are getting this expansion. They are not really fixes.. just number tweaking which seems to have changed very little at this point.
