I'm going to assume the best here and expect the worst.....wow has had 7 expansions so far and they've all worked the same way, you have to buy the new expansion to stay competitive. so I really don't understand your P2W comment at all. not even 5 minutes of research would have told you how it works. that being said as others have said the only way to increase you ilvl with what you have unlocked is to hit raid content or pay for the expansion.

the destro. changes (2 stacks to backdraft) look nice.I haven't played the other two specs or mage enough to really voice my opinion on those changes.
