Regardless of the stability of Bethesda's recent titles, they will forever be know as the game dev with the buggiest games. Negative stigma doesn't much care for realistic expectations, it only cares for passing opinions.

A fix is already on the way in 8.1. Not the best answer, but there's an answer nonetheless.
