My vendor was there and had an option to ask him why I couldn't start another one. I can't remember his exact words but it seemed to imply we can't start the next one until we used up our other one(s).

I still haven't seen an official post on how legendaries will drop. Can someone point me or is this all speculation?

The problem is two-fold. Those of us know started a month after the game released are still gated behind research notes. We had to sit out season 1 as we try and catch up, which is pretty impossible because we are gated. I believe my main is at 32 right now. Now we will not catch up for season 2 either. I have never seen 100K from an arena skirmish, it's usually 2-4k.

Only nerfs to Holy Pallies afaik.

There are no good games out at the moment. I have high hopes for Gloria Victis and Breakaway. Maybe Crowfall.

Seriously, because I can't find the info, where does it show the requirements for upgrading legendaries? Link?
