I don't know if the communities thing has really taken off anywhere or not. I would advise adding to your bnet friends list. Using the quickjoin feature etc.

That's gear, not skill.The 'S" in SBMM stands for skill. You want a GBMM which is different. Either way queue times could be adversely affected if they try and those are pretty delicate as they are already. Don't think they've tried and don't think a skill based way is as easily measured as in other games/
