Stay away from Duskwood unless you want the leveling achieve, because almost every quest has you running all the way back to Darkshore for turnins. A couple of my favorite zones that look absolutely gorgeous today are Southern Barrens, Feralas, and maybe Desolace, for horde. They're basically all about keeping the alliance out of Kalimdor, so not much lore, but when you get to Feralas you get to learn about the emerald dream and dragons and what not. I'm not a fan of big barren lands that are boring, so Southern Barrens and Feralas are a must as Horde.

So many ignorant people, honestly, because TBC introduced the amazing lvl 70 flying, and TONS of raids, including the first 10 man Karazhan raid. Also, TBC introduced heroic dungeons which were VERY HARD. Wrath made everything easier, which was a new direction.So, I'm not sure how people would pick Wrath over TBC as far as gameplay goes, BUT Wrath had better zones and music. IMO, both are tied for best. There is no clear winner here.

This thread is still open so I'd just like to say that all WoW music is amazing. After 14 years it's hard to believe, but it's still getting better. Blizzard landed a home run with their composers, much like Hollywood with Hans Zimmer, John Williams, James Horner, etc.Also a fan of bombastic tunes and even mellow tunes, and even after listening to FFXIV ARR's music, I still find World of Warcraft music listenable on a daily basis during walks, hiking, jogging, etc. THAT is something special.

Bump. Everything is broken

Edit couple hours later after a 3rd time trying to join halls of containment, it seems to be working again, after seeing Taloc, the first boss, but 6-7 are offline still. Something is not right with LFR right now.

Joined twice for Halls of Containment with the same group with about 10 people all offline. All bosses killed, nothing to do except leave raid. It appears this wing is broken.
