Legion Class Development Apr 1, 2017 2 RTB vs SND is different because RTB is dynamic: you change your playstyle slightly and have to respond to the buffs. You play different when broadsides + JR is active for example. SND isn't even a "buff"; you have never done an encounter without it. You'd never know it existed because the first thing you do when fighting is turn on SND, and it never falls off. You never feel it like you feel the effects of RTB.
