Blizzcon Pre-Sale Items

Since there seem to be a large amount of blue posts on these new forums and the blizzcon forums on the old site are being largely ignored, I figured I'd post this here.

Where the hell is our stuff? Aside from the one post that the items would be shipped on the 3rd, there has been NO communication from Blizzard on this issue. No email of tracking numbers, no way to access them online, and from what is being said by people who've called customer service, the items haven't even shipped yet?
