Crashes 4.0.1

Technical Support
Sometimes I get stuck on this toon in places like Icecrown and other places. I have tried to update my driver but it says "Windows has determined that the driver software for this driver is up to date." I have no clue how to fix this problem and it has only happened since patch 4.0.1. My graphics card info is here:

And i don't know what I've done wrong it says 2008 and I have no idea what I'm doing wrong hope somebody can help me.

Lets try updating your video drivers directly from Intel.
I dont know how..

The link I mentioned will take you straight to the Intel support center. The easiest way to find drivers is to use the three rectangle options in the middle of the page.

Start by selecting "Graphics"
Then pick either "desktop" or "laptop". In our case we have a desktop system.
Next we would look for the 82945G Express Chipset found in your post above.
(Note, that since this is an older card, it's listed under discontinued products. You'll need to click that option.)
Finally you can select your operating system and select the latest driver in the matches below.

After updating your drivers, using the command "/console fixedfunction 1" is also a good idea. That command can be added in game, or to the file with SET fixedfunction "1"
It doesn't show 82945G...
I see it now okay one second im going to download it.

Once you have that driver installed and are trying the game, remember to add the FixedFunction command that we mentioned.

Also, notice that the card is rather old and has been discontinued by Intel. You'll probably continue to see more and more issues with the card as you continue to use it.
