restored characters "immediate?"

Had a long but pleasant experience being helped by a GM getting two of my 80's restored after a family member deleted all my characters and canceled my subscrip. Was a long (12+ hour) wait, but well worth it and the GM was very friendly! He/she mentioned the restore was immediate and I would simply need to log out and back in. I might also have to create a new character on the same realm in order to refresh the character list. That was over an hour ago and I'm concerned at this point why they havent appeared. Maybe I'm not doing all I can to refresh the list? I'm just going based off of the comment "your characters will be available immediately." So please don't be too harsh on me for getting nervous so quick!

I'm planning to xfer the characters ASAP and they are also not currently appearing in the character list on the Paid Character Transfer section of the website. Not as eligible or ineligible, just not appearing at all.

Looks like the restoration did not get applied correctly. That has been resolved. Also, there were a number of characters deleted that had gold and other items so those were brought back as well, both on Crushridge and one on Kul Tiras.

If you are unable to see them you'll need to create and delete a character on that realm to refresh the list.
