Error #134 Fix

I have been having issues with Error #134 every since the Patch on Nov 16th. I have seen several posts in regards to the same problem.

A few guys helped me out and we found that I had issues with my Lan Settings in my Internet Options.

Try the following:
-->Control Panel
-->Internet Options
-->Delete your Browsing History
-->Click on the Connection tab
-->Lan Settings
-->Automatically detect settings (CHECKED)
-->Use automatic configuration script (UNCHECKED)
-->Use a proxy for your LAN (UNCHECKED)
-->Click "Ok"

This worked immediately for me. Hopefully it will work for some of you guys as well.
