[H] Sounds Complicated LATE NIGHT recruiting

Guild Recruitment
Sounds Complicated -US Malorne [H] is a semi-hardcore guild of mature players who plan on progressing rapidly through Cataclysm.

We are currently recruiting a Holy/Discipline priest or Elemental/Resto shaman for our core 10man raid group.

We raid 11pm to 2am server time Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Most of our members have pre-Wrath raiding experience.

We are all adults who raid late due to work, school, or other obligations.

We believe that excellence is a combination of knowledge, skill, and teamwork, which is why we work very hard to ensure that every member is a good fit for the guild. Being a member of Sounds Complicated takes more than just topping meters.

Our raiders are interesting, intelligent, and skilled people who are passionate and knowledgeable about their class and their role in endgame raiding.

We offer a competitive raiding environment, designed to develop and hone the skills needed for rapid endgame progression.

We strive to be a competitive raiding guild known for our excellence, not nerd rage.

We do this by maintaining a friendly, fun raiding environment that refrains from engaging in petty finger-pointing when mistakes are made. We also make decisions based on what is best for the raid and guild as a whole, not just a certain player or his ego. To this end, if you are asked to change something, or to even sit out for a fight, it is not a personal attack, but an effort to make progression fights easier.

As a guild of adults, we expect a certain level of maturity when it comes to providing and taking feedback about raid performance. Discussions about what went wrong in an encounter should be professional, not personal.

We believe that success is the result of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. If you expect to be carried through content, Sounds Complicated is not the guild you are looking for.
