It doesn't look like links for new items are working yet. It says (Item not found) if I try to link one. I assume that will change on the 7th, but we'll see.

Here's an example: Deadly Bio-Optic Killshades : (Item not found)
False

Fury without capping hit to a full 27% will be garbage

It won't be garbage. What you're saying is like saying Warriors without 100% armor pen pre 4.0.1 were garbage. Well, they weren't. It was ideal to have 100% armor pen, just like it's ideal to have 24% hit after Precision, but it's not like you can't function properly if you're a few points under. You "function properly" at the 8% physical strike cap. After that, hit simply gives you the most benefit of all secondary stats.

Go troll elsewhere.

so you haven't played fury

rage gen being normalized means if you aren't hitting all your whites.. you are rage starved.

Good guide - thanks!

Has anyone got some Pawn mod values?

Just mucking around from this we have Hit and Expertise at 100, then when they are capped reduce them and increase Mastery?

Where do we put Str, Agi, Stam and Int?

I haven't played my shaman in so long not sure which of those effect what.
Why is this not yet stickied... grumblegrumblegrumble.
great thread mate!
but there is a couple of things i need clarifying

some would argue using caster MH and stacking INT since most of our damage are spell damage
i did some research elsewhere and about 50 50 agreed either way

would that increase our DPS? or its just plain stupid?
A caster main hand is very solid at high levels of Mastery. As things stand, it will likely be best to use a caster main hand at 85 when you're in epic gear from head to toe. I did not post a main hand caster weapon in my best-in-slot setup because Ghostcrawler said they would make changes rather than let Enhance use those kinds of weapons.

If nothing changes, http://www.wowhead.com/item=65017 is likely to be best in slot for us.

Intellect is entirely inferior to both Mastery and Agility. Intellect gives one spell power, Agility gives two attack power, which is converted at a 50% rate into spell power, so it's just flat out better.
Wow!!! Terrific!
Thanks for the guide. Hopped on earlier today for a few hours and checked out BRC and some of Vash'jir (sp). One question regarding rep -- where do I find the tabards / quartermasters for the respective factions ?

Cheers.

Glad I'm stuck at 49 quests completed for Deepholm.
